Accor Signs Pullman Residences and Offices Dubai Meydan
Accor and CITYVIEW Developments announced the signing of Pullman Residences & Offices Dubai Meydan at the Future Hospitality Summit, FHS World 2026, which opened in Dubai on 29 September 2026. Branded Offices for Sale Enter the Pullman Portfolio
Accor states that the project introduces its first branded offices for sale globally, and that it extends the Pullman brand into a new commercial real estate segment. The release describes the offices as carrying hospitality standards, service culture and experience into the workplace. CITYVIEW describes Pullman Offices Dubai Meydan as the world’s first branded office concept under an international hospitality brand. The claim comes from the two signatories and sits in Accor’s own release. No independent register carries it, so it stands as their assertion.
Accor One Living Structures the Mixed-Use Project
Accor One Living supports the development. Accor describes the platform as a 360-degree approach to the development, design and operation of mixed-use projects and branded residential communities.
Daniel von Barloewen, senior vice president of global mixed-use development at Accor One Living, says Dubai remains one of the most important global markets for Accor, and that demand for branded real estate there continues to evolve in depth and sophistication. He says the project brings the Pullman approach to connection, exchange and contemporary living into a new mixed-use environment. He states that several Pullman Residences projects already operate globally, and that the partnership with CITYVIEW Developments brings the Pullman identity to both the residences and the offices through design, amenities, services and operations.
One to Four Bedrooms and the Amenity Set
The residences run from one bedroom to four. Accor lists dedicated meetings and events spaces, a screening room, a games room, an outdoor kids’ area, a padel court, three food and drink concepts, and fitness and wellness facilities. Homeowners gain access to the Accor Owner Benefits Programme, which extends privileges across participating Accor hotels and resorts worldwide.
Meydan Horizon and the Travel Times
The development sits in Meydan Horizon. Accor gives approximately five minutes to Downtown Dubai, five to ten minutes to the Dubai International Financial Centre, and 15 to 20 minutes to Dubai International Airport. The release states that the location provides direct connectivity to arterial roads and to Dubai Design District and Dubai Creek.
Iskander Enikeev, director of commercial strategy at CITYVIEW Developments, says the location offers views towards Burj Khalifa and over the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary. He says the company intends to integrate AI-driven solutions into the office environment, for workplaces that it describes as smarter, more efficient and more personalised.
The Developer’s Existing Work With Accor
CITYVIEW Developments is a Dubai-based developer specialising in premium and luxury residential projects. Its existing projects with Accor are Hyde Residences Dubai Hills in the UAE, Hyde Hotel Bodrum in Türkiye, ibis Styles Tbilisi Center in Georgia, and Tbilisi Philharmonic by Mercure Hotel in Georgia.

The release publishes no office floor area, no residence sizes, no price list, no sales opening date and no handover schedule. It carries no construction start, no architect and no contractor. The opening year, 2029, is the only date it gives.
