How the organiser says to book
The lodging page for the Ford 72nd Annual Indianapolis Boat, Sport & Travel Show lists five host properties and one campground. Each hotel carries a rate, a telephone number, a booking reference and a guaranteed-until date. The page directs a guest to call the hotel and quote "Indy Boat Show" or "Indy Sport Show", or to use a direct booking link.
Two links carry a dated window
Two of the five links publish a group window. The Hilton Garden Inn Indianapolis Fishers link opens on 16 February 2026 and closes on 2 March 2026 under group code ISA. The Home2 Suites Indianapolis Keystone Crossing link carries the same 16 February to 2 March window under group code CHTISA. The window spans 14 nights.
The other three links carry their own channel identifier. Best Western Fishers Indianapolis takes group id R99MD7U9. Homewood Suites Indianapolis NW takes corporate code 0560084628. SpringHill Suites Indianapolis Fishers opens a Marriott event-reservations page carrying a group key.
The guarantee dates set the booking clock
Five guaranteed-until dates sit on the page: 30 January, 1 February, 1 February, 3 February and 3 February. Every one reads 2026. No cut-off date for the 2027 edition and no cancellation term appear on the page.
Rates run $89.00 to $136.00 plus tax across king and two-queen room types. The Best Western Fishers king room carries the lowest at $89.00. The Hilton Garden Inn Indianapolis Fishers two-queen room carries the highest at $136.00.
The channel line the organiser prints
The page carries one paragraph in the organiser's own words: "Please be aware that the hotels listed on our website are THE ONLY official host hotels associated with our event. While other hotel resellers may contact you offering housing for your trip, they are not endorsed by – nor are they affiliated with – our event".
The venue routes the same question to a single link. The Indiana State Fairgrounds & Event Center's hotels page names no property and points to a reservation service run with Visit Indy.
The campground route and its terms
The on-grounds option is the State Fairgrounds Campground at 1202 E. 38th St. It holds 50 sites at $45.00 a night plus 7 percent sales tax, with a $2.50 booking fee per site. Reservations are required. Check-in runs from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m., arrivals after 7 p.m. receive assistance, and check-out is at noon.
A February booking gets electricity alone. The venue's camping page dates full hook-up to April through October and electric-only hook-ups to November through March, and the dump station is shut for that winter window. It sells at $5.00 when it is open.
What the record leaves open
Three terms govern a group booking. The 2027 rate, the 2027 cut-off date and a cancellation term sit on no page reached for this show. The organiser also publishes no attendance forecast for the 2027 edition.
