Fall Show Booking Terms: Two Tickets Per Lecture

The San Francisco Fall Show runs four show days from 15 to 18 October at Fort Mason Center, with lecture tickets from $23.18 and a five-tier gala ladder from $400 to $10,000.

The show windows

The 2026 San Francisco Fall Show runs from Thursday 15 to Sunday 18 October at the Festival Pavilion, Fort Mason Center for Arts & Culture. The floor opens at 10:30 a.m. and closes at 7 p.m. Thursday to Saturday. Sunday runs 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. A paid Opening Night Gala opens the run on Wednesday 14 October at 5 p.m.

What a ticket buys

A lecture needs both a show ticket and a lecture ticket, and one ticket allows re-entry across the show days. Eventbrite carries the show-day and lecture listing with an availability start of 3 August 2026 and an availability end of 19 October 2026. Its aggregate offer runs $23.18 to $55.20.

The gala ladder prices five tiers. Visionary sells six tickets at $10,000 with entry at 5 p.m. Connoisseur sells four tickets at $5,000 with entry at 5 p.m. Collector sells two tickets at $2,700 with entry at 5 p.m. Enthusiast sells two tickets at $1,100 with entry at 6 p.m. Supporter sells one ticket at $400 with entry at 7 p.m. The booking page states "No Refunds." Visionary and Connoisseur carry the Chairman's Luncheon on Thursday 15 October and complimentary tickets to all lectures with reservations. Collector covers some lectures and Enthusiast covers two.

The lecture windows

The series carries eleven sessions across the four days. Thursday and Friday run 11 a.m., 2:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. Saturday runs 11 a.m., 2:30 p.m. and 4 p.m. Sunday runs noon and 2 p.m. Show chair Suzanne Tucker moderates the Saturday 2:30 p.m. session, and Alisa Carroll moderates both Sunday sessions.

The host-city rate basis

Engine puts the San Francisco par rate at $165 a night across 3.1 million public rate observations from May 2024 to April 2026. October reads $176 and September reads $192. The market ranks 18 of 50 at 11 percent above the $148 median, and December is the cheapest month at $129 against March at $197. The AHLA and CHLA release of 25 June 2026 carries the Oxford Economics figures: more than $12 billion in hotel-generated economic impact for 2025, about $900 in citywide spending per room night, nearly 50,000 jobs, $2 billion in taxes, and ADR at 92 percent of 2019 with a forecast of 98 percent for 2026.

The pavilion's capacity

The Festival Pavilion holds 50,000 square feet with a maximum capacity of 3,840, theatre configuration for 2,000 and banquet for 1,000. Fort Mason Center lists 11 venue options from 500 to 50,000 square feet across a 13-acre campus and hosts nearly two dozen non-profit and arts organizations as permanent residents.

Transport and parking for the booking window

MUNI lines 28, 30, 30X, 43 and 49 serve the campus, and Golden Gate Transit stops at Lombard and Fillmore Streets. Fort Mason Center runs paid parking on event days at $6 for the first hour, $12 for one to two hours, $18 for two to three, $24 for three to four and $30 beyond four, in effect from 7 a.m. to midnight.
