At 800 rooms the property is 11.27 percent of the 7,100 downtown rooms the venue counts in its footer. 4,700 of those rooms connect to the convention centre by skywalk.

The venue's record carries the window, the hall pair and the forecast. It carries no room rate, no deposit term, no cancellation schedule and no pickup deadline.
Core-Mark's expo page carries the registration route and the under-21 show-floor rule under FDA regulation of tobacco products. It carries no date, city, hall or show hours.
CSP Daily News reported on 8 January 2026 that Core-Mark, a Performance Food Group company, added Indianapolis to its expo schedule alongside Albuquerque and Charlotte, beside returning shows in Anaheim and Montville. The regional shows carry more than 150 vendor partners.
