The window and the venue
The 2027 NCAA Division II Men's and Women's Swimming and Diving Championships run Tuesday 9 March to Saturday 13 March 2027 at the IU Natatorium, 901 West New York Street, Indianapolis. Three sources carry that window. The NCAA's 2026-27 Important Updates memo dates the championships "Tuesday-Saturday, March 9-13, 2027" and places the diving qualification meet at the venue on the Tuesday. The championship page prints March 9-13, 2027 with a SportsEvent record running 2027-03-09 to 2027-03-13. The venue's calendar, stamped 2 September 2026, lists the meet under March 2027.
Five competition days run back to back. The diving qualification meet opens the same building on the Tuesday.
The night count a block covers
A Tuesday arrival and a Saturday departure bill four nights, 9 through 12 March. A party that holds the Saturday night bills five and leaves on Sunday 14 March. The prior edition's participant manual closes its schedule with a departure day after the Saturday session.
The entry clock sets the arrival spread. Final roster updates fall due 8 January 2027. Online meet registration opens 14 January. Qualification closes at 11:59 p.m. local time on 21 February. Results and online entries fall due 22 February. Entry challenges close at 3 p.m. Eastern on 23 February. Official qualification lists post on ncaa.com by 5 p.m. Eastern on 24 February, 13 days before the Tuesday open. Relay confirmations close at 5 p.m. Eastern on 26 February.
A property holding rooms against a team's qualification carries its risk between 21 February and 24 February. No 2027 cut-off date is published.
The block the last edition carried
The championship page's hotel group holds one document, the 2025-26 team hotel options for Evansville, stamped for the 2026 meet at the Deaconess Aquatic Center.
Per-property blocks run from 5 to 40 double/doubles a night across the 8 to 14 March 2026 window, at rates from $115.00 to $159.00. One reservation cut-off covers every property, Monday 2 March 2026 at 5 p.m. local time. Tax reads 15 percent. One complimentary room night attaches to every 25 room nights paid. Complimentary wireless, self and bus parking, the comp-room ratio and complimentary meeting space appear at all seven properties. The complimentary hot breakfast line appears at six.
That cut-off sat eight days before the Tuesday open of the edition. A block written on the same clock for 2027 closes in the first week of March.

Engine's Indianapolis series puts the city average at $128 a night across 1.2 million public rate observations from May 2024 to April 2026. March sits at $122, five percent below that average, against a February low of $107 and a May peak of $158. The series is a city average and carries no team-block rate.

Work Truck Week 2027 sits at the Indiana Convention Center, 9-12 March on the organiser's own site and 10-12 March on the venue's dated feed. That window covers the first three nights of the swim week. The venue's feed carries a forecast attendance of 14,000, and the 2026 edition drew 15,646 commercial vehicle industry professionals from 29 countries and all 50 states on the event's site.
The Indiana Convention Center counts 7,100 hotel rooms in downtown Indianapolis and 4,700 rooms connected to the Center by skywalk. The Signia by Hilton Indianapolis takes reservations for stays beginning 1 February 2027, sized at 800 rooms on the Center's news item and 803 on Visit Indy's connected-hotel page.

The memo states that the Prechampionships Manual posts on ncaa.org by mid-November, and that document carries the session schedule and the doors clock.
