Dolce Nova targets a EUR 250 to 300 rate at a 50-room floor

Wyndham's Dolce Nova carries a target ADR of roughly EUR 250 to 300 and a 50-room property floor, with a first signing expected in late 2026 or early 2027.

The rate and room-count band Dolce Nova carries

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts launched Dolce Nova on 14 September 2026 as an upper-upscale extension of Dolce Hotels & Resorts by Wyndham.

The announcement publishes no room rate and no fee structure. Skift carries the rate material. Skift reports a target average daily rate of roughly 250 to 300 euros for the brand.

Skift reports a property floor of 50 rooms. It reports 200 to 400 rooms as the typical band for Dolce Hotels and Resorts. Skift reports a franchise-first model and five or six signature touchpoints as the owner standards.

Skift reports a first signed property expected in late 2026 or early 2027.

Where the brand opens first

Skift names the Middle East, the CIS, covering Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Georgia, and India as the launch priorities. The announcement states that multiple discussions are already under way across EMEA.

The announcement states that Dolce Nova supports conversion opportunities and new-build developments. It carries no detail for either route.

The distribution base behind the launch

Wyndham says the brand will use its global scale, distribution platform, technology and the Wyndham Rewards loyalty programme.

The company’s second-quarter 2026 results put over 126 million enrolled Wyndham Rewards members, approximately 8,400 hotels, over 873,000 franchised and affiliated rooms and a portfolio of 25 hotel brands. The two published member counts agree.

The brand count holds at 25

Wyndham positions Dolce Nova inside the existing portfolio, so the count holds at 25. The Caterer headline calls the launch a new lifestyle hotel brand. Wyndham’s own wording is an extension of Dolce Hotels & Resorts.

Wyndham acquired Dolce Hotels and Resorts in 2015, when the brand operated 24 properties across Europe and North America, per The Caterer.

Where the brand concept came from

Skift reports Dolce Nova is the first brand concept to come out of Wyndham’s EMEA team. Skift reports Wyndham has acquired 20 of its 25 brands. Manikis is the source for that record in Skift’s reporting, and he spoke at the Annual Hospitality Conference in Manchester where the launch was announced.

What the file leaves open

No rate, no fee, no development cost and no signed-property count appears in the announcement. No opening date appears for any property.
