What the Organiser Published
CoreWeave's Fully Connected 2026 runs September 29 to October 1 at Moscone South, 747 Howard Street, San Francisco. The organiser counts 2,000 or more AI leaders and engineers, three curated tracks, more than 30 breakout sessions and more than four hands-on labs. Eleven speakers carry the keynote billing. A hotel sales team can read that roster against its own booking book.
The Keynote Roster
Brian Venturo is chief strategy officer and co-founder of CoreWeave. Mike Intrator is chief executive officer. Peter Salanki is chief technology officer. Chen Goldberg is executive vice president of product and engineering. Jon Jones is chief revenue officer. Jean English is chief marketing officer. Shawn Lewis is chief superintelligence officer. Ian Buck is vice president and general manager of hyperscale and HPC at NVIDIA. Parag Agrawal founded Parallel Web Systems. Sarah Guo is founder and partner at Conviction. Sean Evans hosts Hot Ones. The speakers page lists his role as host.
The Block Reads Sold Out on the Registration Rail
The FAQ answers the hotel question with a promise. The FAQ reads that a delegate will have the option to select a hotel room from the room block during registration. A hotel confirmation arrives in the coming weeks. The registration flow carries six steps. They read Personal Information, Ticketing, Sessions, Hotel Requests (sold out), Hotel Incidentals and Registration Summary. Step four carries the block's status.
The Price Ladder Dates the Close
The pricing block prints Early Bird pricing ending August 29. The Early Bird button reads Early Bird Registration Ended. The Standard tier carries $899, a note reading Registration opens August 30, and a button reading SOLD OUT. The media and analyst tier carries $0 and the same SOLD OUT button. The page states that the organiser expects Fully Connected 2026 to sell out.
The City Rate Behind the Week
Engine puts San Francisco at $165 a night across 3.1 million par-rate observations from May 2024 to April 2026. September reads $192, 16 percent above that average. AHLA and CHLA cite an Oxford Economics study dated June 25, 2026. The study places hotel-generated impact in San Francisco above $12 billion for 2025 and about $900 of citywide spending behind each room night. The organiser publishes no block rate.
The Lead Time the Segment Publishes
Kalibri Labs, in collaboration with PwC, measures San Francisco's group booking lead time at 24.2 days from the reservation date to the arrival day. The study draws on 2015 to 2017 data and carries a 2018 publication date. San Francisco sits third in the ranking, behind New York at 27.4 days and Miami at 25.5. The same study puts group demand at 14.4 percent of United States room nights in 2017 and group average length of stay at 2.46 days.

The Booking Read
The organiser published the roster and closed the housing step inside the same window. Early bird pricing ended August 29. General registration opened August 30. The rail carries step four as sold out. A sales team holds eleven named speakers for a client conversation and a housing step that is already shut. The organiser publishes the close date and the rate ladder, and the team prices its own offer from those two facts. The group rate for this week is the delegate's own booking.
