The Nine-Night Window and Its Two Blocks
The Indiana Flower + Patio Show holds nine consecutive dates, Saturday 13 to Sunday 21 March 2027, at the Indiana State Fairgrounds & Event Center, 1202 E. 38th St., Indianapolis. Two buildings carry the show, Expo Hall and West Pavilion, and both open at 10 a.m. each day.
Session closes run 5 p.m. on both Sundays, 7 p.m. Monday to Thursday, and 8 p.m. on both Saturdays and Friday 19 March. Two weekends sit inside the run: 13 and 14 March, then 20 and 21 March. A stay spanning both weekends runs five nights, and the full run runs eight.
The Only Published Rate on the Track
The Fairgrounds RV campgrounds publish $40 plus tax per day with a hook-up, booked at 317-927-7500. The venue's camping page requires the reservation before arrival, with check-in from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. and check-out at noon.
The same page carries the cancellation ladder. A cancellation eight or more days before arrival costs a flat $10. A cancellation one to seven days before arrival costs the first night's rental fee plus tax. A cancellation on or after the arrival date forfeits the full rental fee. A mid-March stay sits in the electric-only season, which runs November through March with the dump station closed.
How a Rate Reaches a Guest
The venue's hotel page carries one instruction, a link to a preferred-hotel booking with Visit Indy, and names no property. That link opens a list of 85 properties, read 25 September 2026, each with a distance field and a null rate. Every card reads "PLEASE ENTER DATES TO SEE RATES" until a guest supplies a date pair.

The Two Named Properties and Their Links

The Candlewood link is an IHG hotel-detail URL with the property code INDBS and a destination string reading 8111 Bash Street. It carries no dates. The preferred-hotel list records Candlewood Suites Indianapolis by IHG at 7.02 miles with a null rate.

What a Booking Desk Can Price
