The published window
The Indiana Convention Center forecasts 850 attendees for the Indiana Safety and Health Conference and Expo. The Indiana Chamber of Commerce runs the event with the Central Indiana Chapter of ASSP, INSafe and the Coalition for Construction Safety. The organiser's registration page dates it February 8 to 10, 2027. The venue's record opens it on February 7 and closes it on February 10.
A delegate who works the Monday pre-conference sessions books Sunday, Monday and Tuesday nights and checks out on Wednesday February 10. A delegate on the full conference books the Monday and Tuesday nights.
Six products and the nights behind them
The organiser's registration page sells six products. Full Conference covers February 8 to 10 at $599 before January 16 and $699 from January 16. Two Days covers February 8 to 9 or February 9 to 10 at $499 and $599. One Day covers February 9 or February 10 at $399 and $499. Pre-Conference Workshops run February 8 at $299 and $399. Expo Only covers February 9 at $129. The student rate covers February 9 and 10 at $99.
Each product carries its own first and last night. The tier list is the arrival spread, and the organiser publishes it.
The block terms and the reservation date
The Hyatt Regency Indianapolis is the official hotel at One S Capitol Ave, connected to the Center by skywalk. Visit Indy's connected roster gives it 499 sleeping rooms and 35,000 square feet of meeting space. The organiser asks delegates to reserve by January 15 to receive the conference rate, and states that parking is not validated at any location including the Hyatt Regency.
The organiser publishes a group ladder on headcount: three to five delegates from one company take 20 percent, six to ten take 25 percent and eleven or more take 30 percent. A parallel ladder gives VPP and INSharp site employees 20 percent at one or two delegates, 25 percent at three to ten and 30 percent at eleven or more. Both apply to new orders, exclude the February 8 workshops, the expo-only pass and the student rate, and cannot be combined with other offers.
The window against the room base
The venue footer counts 7,100 hotel rooms in downtown Indianapolis and 4,700 rooms connected by skywalk. Three nights at the 850 forecast come to 2,550 room nights, or 35.92 percent of the downtown base. Two nights come to 1,700 room nights, or 23.94 percent.
The venue publishes no block for this group and no cut-off date. The organiser publishes one hotel and one reservation date. No contracted rate appears on either page.
The rate basis for February

The Core-Mark Expo runs February 10 to 11 and opens on the group's checkout day. The Henry Schein National Sales Meeting runs February 2 to 4.

The published record carries the venue's forecast, six registration products, one hotel with one reservation date, and a group ladder. It carries no contracted rate, no block size and no pickup figure. A reservations desk prices the window from the market table until those numbers appear.
