Ten Nights With No Block To Manage
The Indianapolis Home Show runs ten consecutive days at the Indiana State Fairgrounds, Friday 15 January through Sunday 24 January 2027. Expo Hall and the West Pavilion carry 400-plus booths at 1202 East 38th Street. Doors open at 10 a.m. on each of the ten days.
The organiser publishes no room block for the run. No block rate, no cut-off date, no room count and no room-night figure appear on its pages or on the venue's event page. Ten nights of demand reach the market through open channels.
Where The Show Sends A Booking
The show info page carries two hotel links and one rental link. The Hampton Inn NE Castleton Indianapolis link opens a Hilton reservation URL carrying the property code INDNEHX and a stay window of 26 to 27 March 2026. That window sits in the past at this reading and predates the show by ten months.
The Candlewood Suites Indianapolis NE link opens an IHG property page carrying the code INDBS and a destination field naming 8111 Bash Street. It carries no arrival date and no departure date.
The Fairgrounds' own hotels page names no property. It routes a reservation to a Visit Indy portal. Visit Indy publishes 34,000 rooms in the metro area, more than 8,300 rooms downtown with more than 3,000 in the pipeline, and 4,700 rooms connected to the Indiana Convention Center at 12 hotels with 800-plus in development.
The Only Booking Terms The Event Prints
The Fairgrounds campground is the one accommodation the show prices. It publishes $40 plus tax per day with a hook-up. The venue's camping page supplies the terms. The reservation must be made before arrival, check-out is noon, and full hook-up sites run April through October while November through March is electric-only with the dump station closed.
Cancellation carries three tiers. A flat $10 fee applies eight or more days before arrival. The first night's rental fee plus tax applies one to seven days before arrival. On or after the arrival day the customer forfeits the whole rental fee.
The Windows The Organiser Does Print
The show's advance windows govern tickets rather than rooms. Menards sells a $7.50 single adult ticket from 16 November 2026 at eight named stores. Ace Hardware coupons halve the box office price from 3 January 2027 across 27 listed locations. A discount ticket line opens 5 January 2027 at 26 central Indiana locations.
Online admission costs $13 and door admission costs $15. The show office answers at 317-927-1469 from 11 to 25 January 2027.
What A Revenue Desk Cannot Read Off The Event
The show publishes no cut-off date, no rate, no cancellation term for either named property and no inventory figure. The two deep links carry a passed engine window and a blank date field. The priced product in the whole accommodation block is the campground, and its rate and cancellation ladder are published in full.
