Onora Hospitality opens jüSTa Luxé Monsoon Palace in Udaipur on 11 October. The opening is the fourth jüSTa hotel in the city and the eighth property in Rajasthan.
The property
The hotel sits on Sajjangarh Road beside the Monsoon Palace and the Biological Park, in the Aravalli hills on the outskirts of Udaipur. The operator's property page gives the address as Opposite Biological Park, near Sajjangarh Main Gate, Udaipur, Rajasthan 313001.
The hotel has 34 rooms and suites in four categories, and each opens onto a private balcony facing the Monsoon Palace or the Aravalli hills. The mix is 14 Premium Rooms with Aravalli views, 17 Deluxe Rooms with Monsoon Palace views, two Aravalli Suites and one Luxury Suite with a bathtub.
The operator's page lists the Deluxe category at 482 square feet, fitted with a king Cloud Bed, a work desk, a 55-inch television and a rain shower. It puts the Premium Room at 462 square feet, the Aravalli Suite at 500 square feet and the Luxury Suite at 900 square feet.
The portfolio path
The company's current portfolio runs to 34 operational hotels across 12 states, with another 16 in the pipeline. The group puts the total at 50 hotels once that pipeline opens.
Its brands are jüSTa Hotels & Resorts, jüSTa Luxe, Bookmark Resorts and Nuo by jüSTa.
"Udaipur has been central to our growth, and jüSTa Luxé Monsoon Palace marks our fourth property in the city and our eighth in Rajasthan," said Ashish Vohra, Founder and CEO of Onora Hospitality. "As our Group approaches a portfolio of 50 hotels across 14 states, this opening reflects the confidence our guests, owners and partners continue to place in us, and our commitment to scaling thoughtfully without losing what makes each destination distinctive."
The rate card
The booking page quotes room rates on a default single-night window of 8 to 9 October. It lists the Deluxe Room Monsoon Palace View at ₹15,340 a night including taxes and the Aravalli Suite with Private Balcony at ₹27,140 a night including taxes. Its booking widget shows a starting rate of ₹12,980 a night including taxes for the same window. The Premium Room with Aravalli View and the Luxury Suite with Bath Tub carry the page's sold-out mark for that window.
The page carries three standing offers: 18 per cent off on the operator's own site, 10 per cent off for HDFC and ICICI debit and credit cards, and 25 per cent off for bookings made five or more days ahead. Check-in is 2:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM.
Events and dining
The release positions the hotel for weddings and corporate events with two large venues. Raas Mahal is a 15,000-square-foot hall with seating for up to 900 guests. Raas Bageecha is a 40,000-square-foot outdoor lawn. A poolside area takes smaller gatherings.
The all-day multi-cuisine restaurant has 30 indoor seats and 34 outdoor covers and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, with in-room dining available.
Other facilities are a swimming pool 4.5 feet deep, the two-treatment-room Isa Spa and a children's play area. The release lists three signature experiences: a Royal Arrival Experience, a Signature High Tea as part of a Terrace Experience, and a Private Candlelight Dinner.
The restaurant name
The release calls the restaurant Aravalli ARQ. The operator's own property page carries the name ARK in its dining block and its about block, and the name Sabor in its FAQ block and its page description. The seat counts agree across the three names at 30 indoors and 34 outdoors.
