474 Rooms, Booking From January
Naples Grande Beach Resort joins the Signia Hilton portfolio as Signia Hilton Naples Grande Beach Resort. Hilton’s release is dated 10 September 2026. The 474-room resort, inclusive of 50 villas, becomes the first Signia Hilton on Florida’s Gulf Coast and opens in January 2027.
Reservations for arrivals from 1 January 2027 are live on Hilton.com. The resort’s own renovation page states that reservations for 2027, group bookings included, are now available. A stay on 1 January 2027 falls on a Friday.
The Closure Window
Overnight accommodation at the main resort is unavailable between 1 April and 31 December 2026. Guests holding reservations inside that window are contacted directly with rebooking or cancellation options, and a booking made through a third party stays with that party. Three experiences keep trading through the closure: Rhode’s End Restaurant, Clam Pass Beach and Tram Services, and the Naples Tennis Academy. The Debut Offer
Hilton’s release states the opening promotion. Guests receive 5,000 additional Hilton Honors Points on stays of three nights or more between 15 January and 15 July 2027. Members who book direct also get a payment slider that combines Points and money, an exclusive member discount, free standard Wi-Fi and the Hilton Honors app. Hilton counts more than 260 million Honors members worldwide.
The Group Inventory Sold With the Rooms
The resort’s event-venue listing carries the group product. The Royal Palm Ballroom holds 14,442 square feet and up to 1,660 guests, and divides into eight meeting rooms. The Orchid Ballroom holds 6,435 square feet and 740 guests, and divides into four sections. The Vista Ballroom holds 5,802 square feet and 500 guests. Seaglass holds 4,225 square feet and 250 guests, with a private terrace over the Palm Terrace Pool. The same listing carries the Palm Terrace Pool as an outdoor banquet and reception venue at 5,901 square feet and 400 guests.
The listing is the property’s standing event product. The resort publishes no total event-space figure and no post-renovation space schedule.
Third in Florida
On debut the property becomes the third Signia Hilton in Florida, alongside Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek and Signia by Hilton Diplomat Beach Resort. Hilton’s release counts more than 540 Hilton hotels in the state. Meghan Fitzgerald, global brand leader for Signia Hilton, said the signing continues the brand’s expansion into premier resort destinations.
Signia launched in 2019 as a meetings-and-events-focused brand, per Hotel Dive. The same outlet reports the 496-room Signia by Hilton La Cantera Resort & Spa opened last autumn and that Signia Restore, a wellness concept, is set to debut at the Signia Hilton Indianapolis in January.
What Remains Unpriced
Hilton’s release publishes no nightly rate for any date and no rate band around the January 2027 debut. The resort’s renovation page and its event-venue listing publish no day-use rate and no hourly rate. The property sits at 475 Seagate Drive, Naples, Florida, and takes reservations for arrivals from 1 January 2027.
