The Block Opened in June and Closes in November
PRI housing opened on 9 June 2026 at 10:00 a.m. ET. The PRI Show runs 10 to 12 December 2026 at the Indiana Convention Center and Lucas Oil Stadium.
Attendee registration opened on 21 July 2026. Badge prices step up twice. A badge costs $45 from 21 July to 2 October, $55 from 3 October to 9 December and $65 from 10 to 12 December. Membership is not required for 2026, and the show keeps its trade-only rule for qualified motorsports professionals.
One Condition Sits on the Room and One on the Badge
The block is restricted. The portal's published policy reads: "Only approved PRI exhibitors and attendees may book within the official PRI Show housing block."
A room in the block therefore needs a paid badge behind it. The $45 window closes on 2 October 2026. The $55 window runs to 9 December. The $65 window covers the show dates themselves.
The Dates That Bound a Booking
16 October 2026: reservation cancellations and guest room updates are due. A $50 fee applies to each reservation cancelled in full after that date.
13 November 2026: final changes to names, dates and cards are due. The printed hotel list states that reduced show rates are not guaranteed after that date. The portal repeats the date as a scarcity term and adds that discounted rates cannot be guaranteed once blocks sell out.
13 December 2026: every room must sit on a card that expires after this date.
Each hotel holds a 72-hour cancellation policy. A cancellation after 3:00 p.m. EST 72 hours before arrival carries one night's room charge plus tax.
The Terms the Organiser Prints
No deposit applies when a guest books direct with PRI Housing. The portal lists flexible booking, no deposits, free in-room Wi-Fi and hotel loyalty reward points as terms of the block.
The distribution route is single-channel. The organiser names the Visit Indy Housing Bureau as the only official housing partner. A booking-alert page warns readers about any other company that claims a provider role. The portal's policy adds that improper booking inside the block puts housing and registration eligibility at risk.

The tax basis on the portal records is 17 percent. A nightly $1 Economic Enhancement District fee applies, and a destination fee of $1.17 per accommodation per night applies where a property charges one.
The Stay Shape
The floor runs 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Thursday and Friday and 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, for 23 hours. Exhibitor move-in runs from 6 to 9 December, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily. Crews enter the hall at 7:00 a.m. on Thursday and at 8:00 a.m. on Friday and Saturday.
Those clocks set a three-night stay. An arrival ahead of the first floor day and a departure after the Saturday close both cover three nights.
What the Window Prices At
The printed list runs $161.00 to $299.00 across 35 of its 36 properties, with a $201.00 median.
The portal's dated search for 10 to 13 December 2026 returned seven hotels, all in the airport and Plainfield tier, at rendered starting rates of $144.00 to $184.00 on 25 September 2026. Downtown inventory did not appear in that search.
