A Four-Night Block Sold Through One Channel
USA Swimming's 2026 Speedo Winter Junior Championships run Wednesday 9 December to Saturday 12 December at the IU Natatorium, 901 West New York Street. Team Travel Source is the official housing partner for the meet, and its Indianapolis block carries eight properties and 13 room types.
The default stay opens a day before the first session: a Tuesday 8 December check-in against a Saturday 12 December check-out, four nights. The partner's event page directs every reservation through its own desk. It states that the confirmation number reaches the guest about a week before arrival in a pre-arrival email, and it asks guests to leave the hotel out of the process until that email arrives.
Every property in the block carries the contracted booking type and the partner's preferred label. None carries the host label. Every property carries the partner's low-rate-guarantee flag.
The Windows the Block Publishes
The partner's per-date counters, summed across the 13 room types, read 154 open room-nights for Tuesday 8 December, 144 for Wednesday, 140 for Thursday and 139 for Friday.
Cut-off dates fall on five days. Two properties close on 7 November, one on 13 November, two on 16 November, one on 17 November and two on 25 November. Measured against the Tuesday arrival, those are 31, 25, 22, 21 and 13 days out. A party that decides after 25 November is past every cut-off in the block.
Check-in runs 4:00 p.m. at the two Speedway properties and 3:00 p.m. at the other six. Check-out runs 12:00 at four properties and 11:00 at the other four. The Courtyard Indianapolis South publishes a two-night minimum stay, and the block's other seven properties publish one night.
The Holiday Inn Indianapolis Downtown carries a waitlist flag on all four dates and a per-night counter of three, two, none and one. It is the block's one address inside a mile of the pool, at 0.8477 miles.
The Rate and the Terms Around It
Nightly averages across the block run $139 to $229, and four-night totals run $654.52 to $1,075.72 with taxes and fees inside each total.
All 13 room types carry two repeated terms: a $50 cancellation penalty and a $4 fee labelled Booking & Service Fees.
Breakfast terms split across the block. Five properties file "Breakfast (fee $)" in their amenity list and three file "Free Breakfast".
What the Channel Record Leaves Out
No sold-room count, pickup pace, occupancy figure or room-night total appears at the venue, the organiser or the partner. The counters state open inventory on each date.
The partner's USA Swimming housing table carries an Indianapolis row and an Austin row, both dated 12/09/26 to 12/12/26, and its Housing Open Date column reads empty on every row.
