The window the block covers
The WWETT Show runs 22 to 25 February 2027 at the Indiana Convention Center. Conference sessions open Monday 22 February at 9:00 a.m. and the expo hall opens Tuesday 23 February at 9:00 a.m. A delegate attending the Monday session needs the Sunday night of 21 February.
onPeak runs the show's housing gallery, and the organiser names it the only endorsed hotel provider. The gallery prices 23 properties at $169 to $270 a night for the four-night window of 21 to 25 February, on a read dated 24 September 2026.
The availability behind the band
Availability moves with the arrival date. On the three-night window of 22 to 25 February, JW Marriott Indianapolis at $260 was the only property reading no rooms. On the four-night window of 21 to 25 February, Marriott Indianapolis Downtown at $247 and The Westin Indianapolis at $242 joined it.
Three properties hold the gallery's closest distance at 0.1 miles: Hyatt Regency Indianapolis, Le Meridien Indianapolis and Signia By Hilton Indianapolis. Two sit 0.7 miles out: Holiday Inn Indianapolis Downtown and Staybridge Suites Indianapolis Downtown.
The venue publishes 7,100 downtown hotel rooms and 4,700 rooms connected to the convention centre by skywalk.
The terms attached to the block
The organiser states that the negotiated rates typically average 30 per cent less than rates on other travel sites, that booking carries no upfront cost, and that participants escape change or cancellation fees. It states that onPeak makes adjustments without penalty and offers group reservation tools. Rewards points still accrue on the booking.
The organiser also states that onPeak is the only hotel provider it endorses, and that other companies offering hotel assistance are not.
The gallery page carries no cut-off date, no minimum-stay rule and no deposit schedule for the block.
The rate line the block sits on
Engine puts the Indianapolis average nightly rate at $128 across 1.2 million public par rates from May 2024 to April 2026. Those are the cheapest publicly available prices at the time of each search, and not negotiated or booked rates.
February is the lowest month in the series at $107, 16 per cent below the city average. May is the highest at $158. The swing across the year runs to 32 per cent, and the city ranks 39th of 50 markets, 14 per cent below the $148 median.
The block band of $169 to $270 sits above that $128 average, inside the softest month of the local calendar.
