The window the organiser sells
The 35th Annual DeVeau’s Circle of Stars Gymnastics Invitational runs January 29 to 31, 2027 in Exhibit Hall I-K at the Indiana Convention Center. The venue publisher forecasts 5,000 attendees for the three days. The host is DeVeau’s Gymnastics Booster Club.
The organiser publishes a hotel page with three properties and a group booking link for each: Hyatt Place Indianapolis / Downtown at 130 S. Pennsylvania Street, Embassy Suites Indianapolis Downtown at 110 West Washington Street, and Crowne Plaza Indianapolis Downtown Union Station at 123 West Louisiana St. The Crowne Plaza link carries a group code and a January 28 check-in day. That Thursday arrival sits one night ahead of the Friday start.
What the group links carry
No rate appears on any of the three booking pages. The Crowne Plaza link’s month fields do not resolve to a stay length. The Hyatt group link refuses a scripted fetch. The Hilton page renders a shell.
The links route the booking to the brands’ own sites. A group code on a brand site keeps the reservation in the hotel’s own channel for the length of the stay.
Two of the three properties sit on Visit Indy’s connected roster of 12 hotels and 5,200 rooms. The Hyatt Place appears on no roster the bureau publishes. The organiser’s copy for it reads “steps from the Indiana Convention Center” with no skywalk line.
The compression on opening Friday
The venue’s events feed carries three records opening or closing on Friday, January 29: Dot Foods at 2,000 closing, Circle of Stars at 5,000 opening and RxHealing at 2,000 opening. The feed’s own figures put 9,000 forecast attendees on the floor that day against the 7,100 downtown hotel rooms the venue footer publishes.
The venue counts 4,700 of those rooms as connected to the Center by skywalk. Its Facility Guide gives 4,717 of 7,200 for the same line.
January 2027 carries eight rows on the same feed with a combined forecast of 32,500 attendees. The Central Zone Invitational on January 23 and 24 carries 20,000 of them.
Supply that arrives the day after
Signia by Hilton Indianapolis takes reservations for stays beginning February 1, 2027, the day after the meet closes. The venue’s own news item gives it 800 rooms. The venue’s expansion page and Visit Indy’s connected roster both give 803. Each figure is its publisher’s.
What a reservations desk can price against
The three-day window, the group codes and the January 28 arrival are the published booking facts. Rates and stay lengths are not. A revenue manager pricing the weekend reads the window and the group mechanics rather than a published ladder.
The next dated item on the calendar is the Signia reservation start on February 1.
