ITC Hotels Signs A Management Contract At Sanjay Dubri
ITC Hotels Limited announced a management contract for Storii by ITC Hotels, Sanjay Dubri on 5 October 2026. The release is datelined New Delhi. The property will hold 30 keys in Madhya Pradesh, inside Sanjay Dubri National Park in Sidhi district.
Anil Chadha, Managing Director of ITC Hotels Limited, said India's diverse landscapes continue to open new possibilities for experiential travel. He said wildlife destinations are emerging as sought-after retreats for discerning travellers. Chadha described Sanjay Dubri as holding rich ecological heritage and relatively unexplored wilderness.
Pankaj Phulwani, Director of M/s Sal Tree Resorts Private Limited, signed the contract with ITC Hotels. He said the vision is a wildlife retreat that lets guests experience the region's natural beauty at an intimate scale.
Villas, Suites And The Guest Programme
The retreat will comprise villas and suites with curated dining experiences, recreational spaces and intimate event spaces. ITC Hotels describes the guest programme as wildlife exploration, nature immersion, wellness and locally inspired activities.
What The Signing Adds To The Booking System
The property joins on a management contract. The 30 keys enter ITC Hotels' distribution when the retreat opens. The group sells direct through its own site with a Best Rates Guaranteed promise and member rates through the Club ITC loyalty programme. The group counter is more than 150 hotels in more than 90 destinations across seven brands.
The brand's own booking page also sells day-use rooms on a nine-hour window between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. The release carries no rate position for the new property.
What Storii Is Inside The Group
Storii is the boutique and experiential brand in ITC Hotels' set of seven. The company describes it as a collection of handpicked boutique properties in the premium segment. The brand's own page carries the proposition as every stay a new story, with two brand extras. A breakfast service runs at any hour, and a welcome drink arrives at check-in.
The brand page names its mountain and hillside set: The Kaba Retreat at Solan, Akanni at Naina Tikkar, Urvashi's Retreat at Manali, Amoha Retreat at Dharamshala and Narindera Orchards at Kufri.
The Brand's Footprint At Its Last Milestone
ET HospitalityWorld reported the signing of the 25th Storii property, in Guwahati, on 3 June 2026. That report put the brand at 25 properties and more than 1,200 keys across operating and pipeline hotels. Sanjay Dubri is the brand's first property in Madhya Pradesh.
The Strategy The Signing Sits Inside
ITC Hotels states the signing forms part of its expansion across emerging leisure corridors. The company says it curates stays rooted in the character of their destinations. Sanjay Dubri National Park holds sal forests and a tiger population. The Madhya Pradesh forest department records those sal forests as a wildlife corridor connecting Bandhavgarh and Palamau Tiger Reserves. The release names improving road connectivity from Prayagraj, Jabalpur, Rewa and Varanasi.
What The Release Does Not Carry
The release carries no opening date, no investment value and no split of the 30 keys between villas and suites. It carries the management contract, the key count, the amenity set and the statements from the two named parties.
