The addition and its terms
PM Hotel Group announced the upcoming addition of the Hyatt House Naples/5th Avenue to its managed portfolio, and the trade carried the announcement on 7 October 2026. The hotel holds 183 rooms at 1345 5th Avenue South, along the Gordon River at the eastern end of downtown Naples' 5th Avenue South, and it opened in 2016.
The announcement describes the hotel as joining a portfolio of "90+ hotels nationally, including multiple Hyatt properties coast to coast and in Hawaii." It states no management fee, no contract term and no prior operator.
Two portfolio counts on the operator's own pages
The operator's hotels page reads "80+ HOTELS | 20 STATES." The release and the operator's home page describe PM Hotel Group as a Top-15 hotel management company with three decades of experience driving results for hotel owners. The home page dates the company's founding to 1996. Neither count arrives with a property list or an as-at date, and neither names a ranking body.
The Florida addresses on the list
The operator's hotels page carries three Florida entries: Hyatt House naples/5th avenue in Naples, Southbank Riverwalk Hotel Jacksonville in Jacksonville, and a W Orlando asset management assignment marked coming soon. The release gives no Florida total and discusses Naples alone.
The Hyatt relationship the release names
"Multiple Hyatt properties coast to coast and in Hawaii" is the whole of the brand line. The operator's own list carries Hyatt Place Waikiki and Hyatt Place Hyatt House Ho'Opili on Oahu beside the Naples hotel. The release names no other Hyatt address and gives no count of the Hyatt hotels under management.
The operating partners and the growth officer
Paul Sacco, the operator's chief growth and development officer, said the addition "reflects the kind of thoughtful, long-term partnership our owners expect from us, whether that means stepping into a well-established asset or positioning it for its next chapter." He named Finfrock and The Plasencia Group as the operating partners at the property, and he called Florida "an important growth market."
The appointments the announcement sits beside
The coverage places the Naples announcement inside a run of appointments at the company: Elizabeth Herzberg as senior vice president of development on 10 September 2026, Kirk Pederson as chief operating officer on 9 March 2026, Scott Bogucki as vice president of revenue management on 24 November 2025, and Evan Moric as senior vice president of development on 5 September 2025. The release draws no connection between those appointments and this assignment, and it names no executive at the property.
What the announcement leaves out
The announcement publishes no renovation budget, sale price, room-rate detail or transition date.
