A 71-room opening set for 15 November
Tivoli Hospitality Group will open Aarunya Club & Convention by Tivoli in Greater Noida on 15 November 2026. The group put the room count at 71 in a release published on 9 October 2026.
The property sits at R3, Knowledge Park II. The release states that the group raised the room inventory from the 60 keys announced for the first phase. The March 2026 announcement for the same property named 60 luxury guest rooms for that phase and said a later phase would add rooms. The two published counts differ by 11 rooms.
The rooms are designed for residential weddings, family getaways and corporate stays, the release states. Tivoli Hospitality Group is a Delhi NCR operator.
The venue inventory in the October release
The release lists three indoor venues. The Glass House covers 17,000 sq ft and the group gives its capacity as 500 guests. The Grand Ballroom covers 12,000 sq ft and holds 400 guests. The Regalia Hall covers 10,000 sq ft and holds 350 guests.
Two outdoor spaces are on the same list. A 50,000 sq ft open lawn takes up to 1,500 guests. An 8,000 sq ft poolside venue takes 200.
Those areas and capacities are the group's own figures.
The venue list the group published in March
The March 2026 announcement carried a different venue list for the same project. It named the Glass House at 450 guests, the Grand Ballroom at 550 guests, an Elegance venue at 300 guests and a landscaped outdoor lawn of about 4,924 square metres with capacity for 1,500 guests.
That version put the combined capacity of the indoor and outdoor venues at up to 2,500 guests. The October list names Regalia Hall and the poolside venue. It carries no combined capacity figure for the property.
No published source explains why the two lists differ.
The demand the group is targeting
The release names weddings, social celebrations, leisure stays and the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions segment. It states that the property's proximity to the India Expo Centre & Mart positions it for exhibition visitors, corporate groups and business travellers.
Ishan Gupta, Executive Director, said in the release: "Alongside weddings and social celebrations, we see scope to serve corporate groups, exhibition visitors and leisure travellers looking for a well-connected destination in Greater Noida." He added that the development blueprint includes planned energy-efficient systems, water conservation initiatives, responsible waste management and environmentally conscious landscaping.
Who the release attributes the figures to
Akshay Gupta, Executive Director, said in the release: "Our vision for Aarunya Club & Convention by Tivoli is to create a complete hospitality destination where guests can stay, unwind, celebrate and connect."
Aryaman Gupta, Director, said in the release that the combination of indoor venues and outdoor spaces is intended to address varied event requirements. The group's March material gives him the title Executive Director.
Akshay Gupta also said in the release that the project reflects the vision of Rohit Gupta, Chairman, Tivoli Hospitality Group.
The group's own portfolio count
The release states that Tivoli Hospitality Group operates 15 hospitality assets and holds 10 additional projects at various stages of development and planning. That count is the company's own, and the release does not enumerate it.
The group's venue site lists eight properties under Our Hotels: The Tivoli-New Delhi, Tivoli Bijwasan, Tivoli Royal Court Okhla, Tivoli Royal Palace Palwal, Tivoli Heritage Palace Rewari, Tivoli Lotus Court Noida, Midori By Tivoli New Delhi and Aarunya Club & Convention Greater Noida.
The same site lists four upcoming properties: Vistaram Resorts & Wellness Retreat Tijara, Midori by Tivoli Satbari Chhatarpur, Wedcation by Tivoli Kashipur and Wedcation by Tivoli Lucknow.
What the release does not carry
The release names no total project cost, no owner, no lender and no construction contractor. It gives no average daily rate, no occupancy target and no room-mix breakdown for the property.
