Concord Hospitality Adds a Dozen-Plus Management Contracts

Concord Hospitality takes on more than a dozen hotels and restaurants in North Carolina, New Jersey and the Washington, D.C. market as management contracts, including One Washington Circle and The Satire.

Concord Hospitality Adds a Dozen-Plus Management Contracts

Concord Hospitality announced on 6 October 2026 that owners selected it to assume management of more than a dozen hotels and restaurants across multiple markets. Every item is a management contract, with Concord taking the operating position. The announcement names no assignment value and no contract term.

The Intake Spans Three Markets

The additions sit in North Carolina, New Jersey and the Washington, D.C. market. The set mixes established hotels moving to Concord management with developments still to open.

Washington: Two Full-Service Assignments

One Washington Circle, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, operates in the West End of Washington, D.C. Its programme covers residential-style accommodation, public spaces and dining at the Ten Ten West End restaurant. In Old Town Alexandria, The Satire joined as an Autograph Collection hotel by Marriott, a historic full-service property with 180 rooms and two food and beverage outlets, The Wise Fool and the Bad Poet Café.

New Jersey: A Reopened Landmark and a Residences Concept

The Union Hotel Flemington, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel by Marriott, is a 100-room boutique property in downtown Flemington with dining outlets, bars and meeting space, including a restaurant and JP’s Lounge. In Lyndhurst, Concord takes on The Vintedge, a soon-to-open hotel-inspired residences concept with a restaurant and a wine bar.

North Carolina: Two Openings in Early 2027

Concord will open and manage The Wren, a rooftop destination on the sixth floor of the Oberlin Hotel in Raleigh. In Charlotte, the operator is preparing The Beckworth Hotel Charlotte, a Curio Collection by Hilton property with 240 rooms in the historic Johnston Building. The property blends the character of the nearly century-old building with modern hospitality. Both North Carolina openings carry the early 2027 window and no month inside it.

Will Loughran on the Portfolio Growth

Will Loughran, chief operating officer of Concord Hospitality, said the assignments reflect the confidence that owners and development partners place in Concord. He said the company has strengthened its digital marketing and food and beverage expertise, and that the strategies help hotels and restaurants stand out in an AI-driven discovery landscape, drive demand and lift the performance of destination restaurants and hotel concepts.

The Restaurant Business Inside the Contracts

The restaurant assignments sit inside the same management agreements as the hotels. Concord publishes roles at these properties, among them Wren Rooftop in Raleigh and Smoke & Mirrors at the AC Hotel Washington DC Capitol Hill/Navy Yard. The company states a portfolio of more than 45 stand-alone concept restaurants.

What the Announcement Leaves Out

Concord Hospitality Enterprises Company operates from 11410 Common Oaks Drive in Raleigh, North Carolina. The announcement publishes no management fee, no contract term, no assignment value, no room count for One Washington Circle, no address or room count for The Vintedge, and no opening month inside either 2027 window.
