Dreamscape’s 40-Hotel Target Spans 13 Brands and Four Families

Dreamscape Hospitality's promotion of Adam Patenaude to president and CEO lands beside a target of more than 40 hotels across 13 brands, run from a support centre in McKinney, Texas.

The Commercial Shape of the Target

Dreamscape Hospitality has promoted Adam Patenaude to president and chief executive officer. The release projects a portfolio of more than 40 hotels by the end of the company’s second full year of operation, spread across 13 global brands.

Four brand families sit inside that count. Hilton, Marriott International, Hyatt and IHG Hotels & Resorts take the branded share, and independent and boutique properties sit alongside them. Each hotel carries the loyalty programme and channel rules of its brand family.

The corporate support centre in McKinney, Texas, completed last year, is the base for the shared work. Patenaude said in the release that he will keep building a corporate support team to carry the portfolio.

Capital and Pipeline Capacity

Dreamscape appointed Bill Stadler as chief investment officer in September 2025, per Hotel Dive. The release describes a strong pipeline that will take the operator into new markets. Hotel Dive reports that the company did not reply to questions on future growth plans before publication.

Each management contract added to the pipeline brings a property into the operator’s systems, its channel connections and its reporting line to the brand. The release gives no date for the additions.

What the Notice Leaves Open

The announcement publishes no current hotel count, no management fee, no contract term and no effective date for the expanded role. The 40-hotel figure is a projection for the end of the second full year.

The two trade records differ on his tenure. Hotel Dive counts two years in the president role. HOTELS Magazine counts two and a half years. Both date his arrival to May 2024.
