Dreamscape Hospitality Hands Adam Patenaude the CEO Title

Dreamscape Hospitality added the chief executive title to Adam Patenaude's role on 13 October 2026, with a portfolio the company projects above 40 hotels.

Dreamscape Hospitality promoted Adam Patenaude to president and chief executive officer on 13 October 2026. LODGING Magazine carried the release from a Dallas dateline. Hotel Dive and HOTELS Magazine carried the same appointment on 14 October.

Two and a half years of operating history

Patenaude joined Dreamscape in May 2024 as president and led the company's launch. May 2024 to October 2026 measures two years and five months, and the release counts two and a half years. Hotel Dive reports the tenure as two years.

The promotion adds the chief executive title to a role he already holds. The release names no successor, no second president and no start date for the expanded title.

Fifteen years at Aimbridge Hospitality

HOTELS Magazine reports that Patenaude served as senior vice president of operations at Aimbridge Hospitality for 15 years before joining Dreamscape in 2024. Hotel Dive carries the Aimbridge title from his LinkedIn profile and publishes no duration.

The portfolio projection

The release projects a portfolio above 40 hotels by the end of the operator's second full year. It names 13 brands, with Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt and IHG inside that count, and adds independent and boutique properties without naming one.

The operator's portfolio page prints 36 properties under management with no as-at date. Its rows include The Doyle Hotel in Charlottesville, The Georgian in Santa Monica, St. Clair Inn and the Harland Hotel. Two rows are company addresses. The page counts hotels operating now, and the release projects the end of the second full year.

The chairman's statement

Eric Birnbaum chairs Dreamscape Companies, the parent above the operating company. His statement calls the growth one that would be impressive in any market and credits relationships with owners and partners. He describes a foundation that will let the company expand strategically, hold its standards and deliver value for partners.

The release also states that Patenaude guided the company through growth and expansion and consistently exceeded performance goals. It publishes no metric, no measurement period and no baseline behind that sentence.

The bench behind the title

The operator's team page lists the executive structure. It prints a chief investment officer, a senior vice president of business development, a vice president of operations, a vice president of brand performance and transitions, two vice presidents of sales and marketing, a vice president of revenue strategy, a vice president of digital strategy, a director of feasibility and a vice president of people and culture. HOTELS Magazine reports the McKinney, Texas support centre as completed last year.

What an owner can read today

Three records answer an owner's first questions. The team page names the bench. The portfolio page counts the hotels under management. The release names the brand families and the projection.

The same record publishes no management fee, no contract term and no performance data for a named property. The operator's press page returns a 404, so the appointment sits in trade coverage and on the team page.
