The Hutton Joins Bonvoy: 246 Rooms and No Published Rate Card

Nashville's Hutton Hotel joined Tribute Portfolio and Marriott Bonvoy on 27 May 2026, giving the 246-room property a loyalty channel and member rates. Its room mix, venue schedule and booking offer are published, and no rate card is.

The Hutton Hotel in Nashville joined Tribute Portfolio and Marriott Bonvoy on 27 May 2026, according to the property's own announcement. The affiliation brings points earning and redemption on stays, member rates and access to Marriott's distribution across more than 30 brands. The property keeps its own booking engine alongside those channels.

The booking offer attached to the affiliation

To mark the affiliation, the hotel published an offer for Bonvoy members. The Soundcheck at Hutton carries a $100 experience credit usable at Evelyn's, Mimi's Bar, Analog or the spa, plus 5,000 bonus Bonvoy points per stay.

The rate ladder inside 246 rooms

The property runs 246 guest rooms. The room mix is 51 one-bedroom suites, two penthouses and the Hutton Suite. The two-storey suite covers more than 3,000 square feet with three bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, a full kitchen and private entrances. The hotel describes it as the largest suite in Nashville.

A rate conversation on this asset starts at the top of that ladder. The suite count and the penthouse count set the premium band, and the 246-room base sets the volume band.

The market rate base

Engine publishes a Nashville par-rate series: $188 average per night across 3.7 million public rate observations from May 2024 to April 2026. Par rates are the cheapest publicly available price at the time of each search, not negotiated or booked rates. January sits at $136, 28 percent below the average, and October at $243, 29 percent above it. The cheapest month and the priciest month sit 44 percent apart.

Nashville ranks 12th of 50 markets on that average, 27 percent above the $148 median of the set.

The rate card the property does not publish

The property's meetings page publishes square footage and capacity for each venue and stops there. No meeting and event rate, no room-hire rate and no food and beverage minimum appear on the property's pages. The management announcement carries no management fee, no contract term and no performance target.

The group surface behind the booking

The meetings page itemises five venues: the Lyric Ballroom at 7,000 square feet with a capacity of 600 guests, the Edison Room at 2,400 square feet with 150, the McGavock Room at 621 square feet with 50, the Hutton Boardroom at 486 square feet with 12, and Analog at 5,000 square feet with 300. Those five listings total 15,507 square feet. The hotel's relaunch release states more than 20,000 square feet of flexible venues with events of up to 1,500 people, and its management announcement states 15,000 square feet.

What a revenue leader now compares

The Bonvoy affiliation puts a member rate beside the public rate on the same 246 rooms. A revenue leader pricing a Nashville property now compares against a Marriott collection brand with a published loyalty channel, a published booking offer and an unpublished rate card.
