ITC Hotels Limited signed a 104-key Welcomhotel in Manesar, Gurugram. The hotel adds 40,000 square feet of event space to the National Capital Region inventory.
The space a group desk can sell
More than 18,000 square feet is indoor banquet space. Another 22,000 square feet is outdoor event space. The signing announcement, carried by Hospitality Biz India on 16 October 2026, attaches weddings, conferences, exhibitions and social gatherings to the programme.
The programme lists rooms and suites, an all-day dining restaurant, a bar, a lounge and recreational facilities.
Who operates, who funds
ITC Hotels Limited holds the operating contract. Green Path Prop Mart LLP holds the development. Hospitality Biz India describes the project as developed under the company's asset-right growth strategy, which keeps the real estate with the owner and the brand on a management agreement.
Sushil Singh Chauhan, partner at Green Path Prop Mart LLP, said the venture aims to develop a hotel serving business and leisure travellers.
The demand line
Manesar runs as an industrial and logistics cluster along National Highway 48. Automotive component manufacturing, warehousing and commercial development sit around the site. Hospitality Biz India reports the hotel will draw corporate and social business from Gurugram and other NCR centres.
Anil Chadha, managing director of ITC Hotels Limited, framed the signing around destinations outside the established gateway cities. “Welcomhotel in Manesar is a strategic addition to our portfolio, bringing together a high-growth location, robust connectivity, and a thriving events market,” he said.
The portfolio count
ITC Hotels operates more than 155 hotels with over 14,200 keys across 95-plus destinations, spanning luxury, premium, mid-market and heritage segments.
Open terms
The announcement carries no opening date and no signing value. It names rooms and suites without a split between the two. ITC Hotels has published no completion date, so a revenue desk pricing NCR group business holds the inventory count and no delivery date.
