Lodging Dynamics Adds Four Points Anaheim and Reaches 714 Keys

Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group has moved the 246-room Four Points by Sheraton Anaheim from operational consulting into full management, lifting its published Anaheim room count to 714.

Lodging Dynamics Takes Anaheim Keys to 714

Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group has taken over full management of the Four Points by Sheraton Anaheim. The property holds 246 rooms. The operator is based in Provo, Utah.

Three published Anaheim appointments now sit with this operator, and the room count across them is 714.

The consulting window came first

Lodging Dynamics began operational consulting at the property on 13 July 2026. The LODGING Magazine version of the release carries that date. The hotelbusiness.com account dates the consulting start to July and names no day.

"What began as a focused consulting engagement quickly demonstrated the impact of pairing a committed property team with the right operational strategy, accountability and support," said Jamie Caraher, president and chief executive officer of Lodging Dynamics.

The commercial mandate

Lodging Dynamics will run the hotel's operations and commercial performance. The published scope names guest services, revenue management, sales, marketing, food and beverage, commercial strategy and asset performance. Revenue management, sales and marketing sit inside the same management mandate as the rooms operation.

The company will also manage the property's dining outlets, Tru Grits and a grab-n-go cafe.

The guest satisfaction figure

The hotelbusiness.com account states that the hotel achieved an average improvement of more than 60 percent across key guest satisfaction measures within two months.

The figure comes from the operator. It carries no review-score series, no third-party audit and no named measures. The LODGING Magazine version of the same release states measurable improvements at the hotel over the same period and publishes no percentage. Both versions tie the improvement to the window since the consulting start.

The demand set the 246 rooms sit in

Two earlier Anaheim appointments sit behind the new one. Lodging Dynamics took the Residence Inn at Anaheim Resort/Convention Center and the SpringHill Suites Anaheim Resort/Convention Center in February 2025. That release places both within walking distance of the Anaheim Convention Center and Disneyland Resort.

The pair carries 294 guest rooms and 174 guest rooms, 468 keys between them. The release placed the two as the 11th and 12th California properties the company manages.

All three Anaheim properties carry Marriott flags. The Residence Inn and SpringHill Suites operate as Marriott brands, and the Four Points by Sheraton Anaheim carries the Marriott Four Points flag.

What the release leaves out

The announcement carries no management agreement length, no fee structure and no owner identification. It states no capital plan and no transition date. No room revenue, occupancy or average daily rate figure appears for the property.

The operator's own site answered a security challenge on every path, so no company release page could be read. This piece rests on the hotelbusiness.com account, the LODGING Magazine account and the Hotel Online version of the February 2025 appointment release.
