Outbound Park City Takes Bookings From 1 April 2027 at 180 Rooms

Outbound Hotels opened reservations on 6 October 2026 for the 180-room Park City conversion of the former DoubleTree Yarrow, with stays from 1 April 2027 and five offers already live on the property's own rate page.

The Booking Window

Outbound Hotels opened reservations for Outbound Park City on 6 October 2026. Stays start on 1 April 2027, a Thursday. The release gives the opening as early 2027 and says the official date will be announced soon.

The property holds 180 rooms on 4.5 acres at 1800 Park Avenue. The conversion reworks the former DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Park City - The Yarrow. Barings' January 2026 release put the room count at 182.

Where the Booking Runs

The Book Now control on the property's own site opens the SynXis reservation engine, with hotel code 101758, chain code 25042 and an arrival date of 1 April 2027. The engine takes one promo code per offer.

Outbound Hotels is owned by Waterton. Barings is the investment partner on this project, the fourth between the two firms. CoralTree Hospitality operates the brand's hotels under an exclusive operating partnership, and The Gettys Group leads the design.

The Rate Architecture

The opening offer is the Summit Club. The offer page lists up to 20 per cent off the best available rate, a welcome drink and an opening credit on eligible purchases for stays from 1 April to 31 May 2027.

Four further offers sit on the same page. Third Night Free takes 33 per cent off eligible three-night stays from 1 April to 31 August 2027. Utah Neighbor gives Utah residents up to 20 per cent off eligible stays through 31 December 2027. AAA and AARP members get 15 per cent off the best available rate through 31 December 2027. The group offer asks planners to contract a qualifying 2027 programme by 31 December 2026 for new groups of 10 or more rooms a night, with a 5 per cent master account rebate, a $250 American Express gift card on contract execution and a campfire welcome at the outdoor fire pits.

Each offer page carries a ban on combination with another offer and a blackout-dates note. The pages state no cancellation term, no deposit rule and no minimum-stay rule.

The Park Record reported nightly rates from the mid-$100s to the mid-$200s across April and May on the brand's booking engine, with the day of the week moving the number.

The Group Inventory

The release carries more than 11,000 square feet of meeting and prefunction space. The property's event page names a ballroom above 5,000 square feet plus indoor and outdoor venues for meetings, weddings and gatherings. Room types on the booking engine run from Classic King and Classic Double Queen to a Bunk Room and the Outbound suites.
