Remington Adds Hilton Arcadia to a 135-Hotel Book

The Arcadia contract lands inside a year of brand conversions. Remington's own pages print three portfolio counts that disagree.

Remington Hospitality added the 173-room Hilton Arcadia Pasadena Area to its third-party management portfolio on 15 October 2026. The hotel opened in December 2025 outside Los Angeles, and the contract extends a 2026 run the company has built on brand conversions.

The company reports nearly $1.2 billion of revenue under management and states that it has seeded strategic investments to potentially double the business over five years.

Three counts, one company

Remington's release prints 135 hotels in 27 states and Washington, D.C., across 33 brands, with 16 independent and boutique properties. The homepage prints more than 120 hotels across 26 brands with 19 independent and boutique properties. The press-release index prints 121 hotels in 30 states across 26 brands, with 18 independent and boutique properties.

All three pages carry the same 1968 founding line. None carries an as-at date, and the release does not reconcile the difference.

The 2026 additions on the company index

July 2026 brought the Sheraton Mission Valley San Diego Hotel: 14 storeys, 260 rooms, a renovation programme and an expected conversion to the Hyatt Regency brand. June 2026 brought the Sheraton Indianapolis City Centre, a downtown hotel moving to Marriott's Renaissance brand, and Aruna Resort Villas on Ambergris Caye in Belize. May 2026 brought the opening of ONE|GT in George Town, Grand Cayman. March 2026 brought Costa Sur Resort in Puerto Vallarta, a 189-room oceanfront property in Sonesta's Classico Collection.

Two of the five carry a brand conversion and a renovation attached. None of the entries publishes a management fee or a contract term.

The commercial detail behind the platform

In August 2026 the company reported the results of an in-house social media division: more than $3 million in attributable revenue, a 37:1 return on ad spend, 63.7 million impressions and 4.2 million video views across the portfolio.

The Arcadia hotel carries the Hilton flag. The recent additions on the index span Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton and Sonesta brands.

The handover

Hilton's opening release of 11 December 2025 named Azul Hospitality Group, a San Diego platform, as the manager of the hotel. Remington's announcement does not mention Azul, and no source dates the transfer between the two releases.

What a management notice leaves open

Neither release publishes a management fee, a contract term, a performance clause or a termination provision. The Remington text also leaves out the owner, the purchase price and the staffing plan for the change.

The company frames the assignment as work on the hotel's market position, its operating performance and long-term value. It attaches no figure to any of the three.
