Trailblazer Bootcamp sold from $1,899 as an add-on to the TDX 2026 conference pass. The fee bought three full days of instructor-led training, breakfast, lunch and snacks daily, a welcome reception, and one certification exam voucher. Salesforce publishes each of those lines. It publishes no per-head budget figure and no 2027 price.
The ticket also sets the length of the stay. Bootcamp ran 12 to 14 April 2026 at the Salesforce offices. The conference followed on 15 and 16 April at Moscone West. A bootcamp buyer books five nights. A badge-only buyer books two.
The week in two shapes
12 April 2026 fell on a Sunday, and the badge days closed the Thursday. One registration page therefore produced a five-night stay and a two-night stay in the same hotel, in the same week, at the same group rate.
That is the booking line to model. The $1,899 tier carries three extra room nights for every buyer who takes it.
What the fee covers, in the organiser's words
The TDX FAQ answers the contents question with a list: "Three full days of instructor led training", "Breakfast, lunch, and snacks daily", and "Trailblazer Bootcamp Welcome Reception", inside a sentence that adds "a certification exam voucher to put your new skills to the test".
The pass cannot be bought alone. The FAQ reads: "No, Trailblazer Bootcamp is an add-on to the TDX 2026 Conference pass. Registration starts at $1899, while supplies last."
"Starts at" is the organiser's own hedge. The FAQ carries no second tier, no date ladder and no sold-out date.
The voucher returns up to 400 dollars of exam value
The FAQ sets the value ceiling: "All Salesforce certification exams valued up to $400 USD will be available." That is the highest exam value the page publishes for a TDX sitting.
The voucher also outlives the week. The FAQ reads: "You can save your voucher included with your bootcamp registration for later", and calls the pre-conference sitting "an additional option for you" that "does not need to be added during registration".
Read the voucher at that ceiling. The $400 returns 21.1 percent of the $1,899 fee and 14.8 percent of the $2,698 pair.
The line a manager books
Take the two published tickets. $799 for the badge and $1,899 for bootcamp comes to $2,698 per attendee, before travel and rooms.
That is $633 per instructor-led day across the three bootcamp days, and $539.60 across the five programmed days from 12 to 16 April.
Lodging at the April par rate of $159 a night, which Engine measures across 3.1 million observations, adds $795 for five nights. Programme and room come to $3,493 gross, and $3,093 after the $400 voucher ceiling.
The refund ladder is dated to the day
Bootcamp cancellations go in writing to tdx@salesforce.com. Full refund to 11:59:59 p.m. PT on Friday 13 March 2026. Fifty percent between 14 March and 27 March 2026. No refund after 12:00 a.m. PT on Saturday 28 March 2026. Substitutions were free to 27 March.
Those three dates sat 33, 19 and 18 days before the 15 April opening. A hotel contract signed against the same week carries its own clock, which the FAQ places between two weeks and five days before arrival.
Certifications sit outside the ladder. The FAQ lists "training, certifications, and hotel reservations" as nontransferable, so a seat signed off for one engineer does not pass to a second.
Group purchases carry their own rule: refunds "not available at any time on any passes included in a group registration purchase".
Two addresses carry the same three days
The FAQ names two locations. One answer places the bootcamp "at Salesforce Tower in downtown San Francisco". Another places it "at the Salesforce offices in downtown San Francisco, CA", with "Event check-in is located at the Salesforce West lobby located at 50 Fremont Street".
Both answers sit on the same page, read on 17 October 2026. The check-in line carries the address a traveller books against.
The laptop is the attendee's
Salesforce publishes the device rule in two answers. "No, computers are not provided at Trailblazer Bootcamp." The attendee brings a computer with browser access and must hold admin rights for the software the exam requires.
Prework sits ahead of arrival. The FAQ states the organiser has "identified some prework for you to complete before you arrive", with a link for each track.
What the 2027 cycle has not published
No 2027 bootcamp date, price, track list or cancellation ladder sits on the pages read. None of those pages names the role that approves the spend.
The TDX help desk answers on weekdays from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific: tdx@salesforce.com, +1-866-855-3818 in the US and Canada, and +1-650-416-8832 internationally.
The 2026 record gives a budget holder three dated exit points and one transfer restriction. Those terms are what a signature commits to, and the room nights follow the ticket tier.
