Eight dated items over 36 days
The Chinese Chamber of Commerce of San Francisco publishes its 2027 festival calendar as a save-the-dates sheet. The Flower Market Fair runs Saturday 30 and Sunday 31 January on Grant Street between Clay and Broadway. The Chinatown YMCA Run closes the season on Sunday 7 March. The two dates sit 36 days apart.
Five items carry a Saturday: the flower fair, Choy Sun Doe Day on 6 February, the Basketball Jamboree on 13 February, the Community Street Fair on 20 February and the parade on 20 February.
Two nights carry the peak
The Miss Chinatown USA Pageant and Coronation Ball takes Friday 19 February at The Masonic, 1111 California Street. The Community Street Fair opens the next morning at 10 a.m. The parade steps off at 5:15 p.m. from Second and Market Streets. The organiser dates the pageant to the Friday before the parade, so the pair sells as one two-night block.
Three items publish hours. The Flower Market Fair runs 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday. The Community Street Fair runs 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Saturday and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday. The parade publishes a 2-1/2 hour running time.
The convention calendar covers the same weekend
The Moscone Center event feed lists the Orthopaedic Research Society 2027 Annual Meeting at Moscone West from 19 to 23 February. The parade falls on the meeting's second day, and the meeting holds the city for five nights.
The Zodiac on Parade display runs 31 January to 14 March, which spans the whole window.
What the organiser leaves to the property
The festival pages carry no hotel block, no block rate and no cut-off date. They carry no gate count for any street event. The published scale lines are over 120 booths at each fair and a route of approximately 1.3 miles.
Three deadlines are published. The Flower Market Fair vendor application is due Friday 15 January 2027 and the Community Street Fair application Friday 5 February 2027, each with a $100 late charge. The parade application deadline is 31 October 2026 at 11:59 p.m. PDT.
The 2026 anchor
The Chinatown YMCA dates the 2027 run to Sunday 7 March and calls it the 49th annual. Its race page still carries the 2026 edition: an 8 a.m. start on Grant Avenue at Sacramento Street, a 9:20 a.m. finish on Kearny Street at Sacramento Street, and more than 200 volunteers. The 2027 clock and price are unpublished.
The 2026 run fell on Sunday 1 March, 371 days before the 2027 date. A rate calendar copied from last season lands six days out.
Book the Friday and the Saturday together. Price the other three Saturdays as single-night demand.
