The block opens a night before the programme
Time To Drive runs 6-8 November 2026 at Mana Wynwood in Miami. The official hospitality block opens Thursday 5 November and closes Monday 9 November. No festival session runs on that Thursday.
Friday 6 November is the Driver's Seat track day at The Concours Club. Doors open at 5:30 PM and the last session ends at 11:00 PM. One pass covers the day: the Grail VVIP pass, 6-8 November at $1,150.
The first room night in the block therefore precedes the first ticketed session. A guest who takes the block's opening night buys a night with no scheduled session.
Two days of programme at one venue
The programme page counts 85 sessions: 14 on Friday at The Concours Club, 39 on Saturday 7 November and 32 on Sunday 8 November at Mana Wynwood. Doors open at 10:00 AM on both festival days, and both end at 7:30 PM.
Saturday continues past the hall. After hours starts at 9:00 PM, Walshy Fire takes the stage at 11:00 PM, and the night closes at 1:00 AM. Sunday Cars & Coffee runs 7:00 to 10:00 AM for car clubs and VVIP guests.
The pass counts set the nights
The ticket catalogue publishes a remaining count on each line. On 21 October it read 307 Day One passes at $75, 405 Day Two passes at $75, 1,414 Two Day passes at $125 and 313 Grail passes at $1,150.
The two-day line holds 1,414 against 712 across the two single-day lines. A Saturday arrival and a Sunday departure covers the two-day ticket.
Each tier caps an order at 10, and the FAQ states that all sales are final, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
The rate the partner page carries
The venue and accommodation page names JW Marriott Marquis Miami as official hospitality partner and offers "exclusive preferred rates for your stay". The booking link opens a Passkey block headed TIME TO DRIVE, with the window 5-9 November 2026 and one property at 255 Biscayne Boulevard Way.
The block page reads "Now accepting reservations" and publishes no rate before a date search. A reservations desk quoting from its own inventory has no published figure to match.
Meet and greets stack on the hour
Saturday carries six meet and greets: Roman Sharf at noon, Alexander Rossi at 1:00 PM, Carlos Marcelin at 2:00 PM, Eric Wind at 4:00 PM, Patrick Long at 5:00 PM and Matt Farah at 6:00 PM. Sunday carries four: Larry Chen at noon, Felipe Nasr at 2:00 PM, Jorge Linares at 5:00 PM and Spike Feresten at 6:00 PM.
Access to all meet and greets belongs to the Grail pass. The FAQ bans re-entry, so a guest who works the Saturday sequence stays inside the venue from noon to 6:00 PM.
The stock behind the weekend
Prepaid parking reads 67 passes remaining for Saturday and 13 for Sunday, at $100 a day. Sunday's lot is the tighter of the two.
Seven speakers are confirmed: Spike Feresten, Larry Chen, Matt Farah, Felipe Nasr, John Temerian, Eric Wind and Adam Golden. The FAQ states that more will be announced.
What the desk sets before the block closes
Four decisions follow from those clocks. Hold the Friday night for Grail holders. Keep Saturday as the peak night and attach any minimum stay to it. Expect Sunday checkouts after 7:30 PM or on Monday. Price Thursday against a demand base of one ticketed session at 5:30 PM.
The festival publishes no attendance figure. It publishes a pass count, a session count and a set of clocks. Those three carry the room forecast.
