Current's Expo Floor Puts 24 Named Partners Behind the Show

Current San Francisco 2026 runs an expo hall on both programme days and names 24 partners across four sponsor tiers, with the sponsorship route running through a prospectus request.

Two programme days, one expo floor

Current San Francisco 2026 is Confluent’s conference for real-time data, data streaming and artificial intelligence. It runs Wednesday 4 November and Thursday 5 November at Moscone West, 800 Howard Street, San Francisco. The organiser’s own agenda lists the Expo Hall on both programme days. Wednesday also carries the Main Keynote and the Current Party. Thursday adds Breakout Sessions, Lightning Talks and Networking.

The organiser’s San Francisco page publishes its scale in one strip: 3000+ Attendees, 100+ Speakers, 50+ Partners and 80+ Sessions. The venue’s event page publishes the dates, the venue and four key highlights. It carries no attendance, session or partner figure.

The partner count has two publications

The stat strip carries the 50+ Partners line. The organiser’s Sponsors page carries the roster. It publishes five tier headings and renders logos under four of them.

Platinum Sponsors carries two names: AWS and StreamNative. Gold Sponsors carries seven: Arrow Electronics, Conduktor, Datadog, EON, Google Cloud, Materialize and TD SYNNEX. Silver Sponsors carries five: Aiven, Azul, Deephaven, NetApp Instaclustr and Yugabyte. Startup Sponsors carries ten, among them Artie Technologies, AutoMQ, AxonOps Limited, Dragonfly, Factor House, Kannika, Olake, Streamtime by Platformatory and Zeliot. The fifth heading, Community Partners, carries no logo in the page’s rendered markup.

That is 24 companies named across the four tiers. The page read on 16 October 2026 renders the same counts.

The sponsorship route is a form, and it asks for a prospectus

The Sponsors page opens with a line that frames the offer. Gain direct access to innovative sponsors at Current. Meet people from industry-leading companies in the Expo and explore their newest technologies. The page closes with a Request a Prospectus anchor and a Request Sponsorship Information form.

The form collects first name, last name, title, organisation, email and country. It carries one interest field with two options, London and San Francisco.

The organiser publishes no tier price, no booth rate, no package contents and no materials deadline on the Sponsors page or on the other organiser pages read.

The Executive Summit sits on its own registration route

Registration runs on a dedicated host. Its navigation publishes eight routes: the main Current San Francisco registration, Partner Registration, Speaker Registration, Employee Registration, Sponsor Registration, Crew Registration, Press/Analyst Registration and Executive Summit Registration.

The form asks for a business email address and offers a position field with self-employed, independent contractor, student and other. It directs a student to the registration service by email, and it sends an employee to a separate employee process. The one pass label on the form is General Attendee, described as access to in-person keynote, sessions, meals and reception. The pass itself renders after an account is created.

Partner, Sponsor, Crew and Press/Analyst each carry their own named route. An exhibitor, a sponsor and a working crew member register through doors separate from the general attendee.

The spend inside the hall

Food and beverage inside Moscone West runs through one provider. The venue’s catering page states that Legends Global is the exclusive provider of food service at the Moscone Center and on the surrounding streets when closed in conjunction with an event at the center. Its exhibitor catering page states the terms: all food and beverage items must be supplied and prepared by Legends Global, and no food, beverage or alcohol may be brought into or removed from the building by exhibitors without written approval.

A request for an exclusion must reach Legends Global no less than four weeks before the first day of the event, and Legends Global reserves the right to assess a charge for such exclusions. The same page lists the booth-level services an exhibitor can buy: popcorn and warm cookies made fresh in the booth, espresso carts, hot chocolate bars, smoothie stands, wine and cheese, and martini, margarita or mimosa services.

The spend outside the hall

The venue states the purpose of the building in its own words on its booking page. The Moscone Center serves primarily to fill hotel rooms in San Francisco and potentially the surrounding area. The same page states that more than two-thirds of the city’s 34,000 hotel rooms sit within walking distance. The venue’s FAQ states that more than 20,000 hotel rooms sit within walking distance, and that the centre does not rent rooms on an individual basis.

The demand backdrop comes from AHLA and the California Hotel & Lodging Association. They released an Oxford Economics study on 25 June 2026 that puts hotels’ San Francisco economic impact above $12 billion for 2025 and citywide spending at about $900 per room night.

The organiser places its room block in the confirmation email and describes it as within walking distance of the Moscone Center. No block property, no rate and no cut-off date appears on the pages read.

What the commercial record leaves out

No page read publishes an exhibitor count, a booth inventory, a floor plan or a sponsor spend figure. The venue’s pages carry no hall square footage and no booth rate for this booking.
