ZERO TO THREE includes continuing education with every LEARN Conference registration. The conference runs Oct. 27 to 29, 2026 at the Oregon Convention Center, 777 NE Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Portland.
The credit on the certificate
The FAQ gives the terms: up to 15 contact hours or 1.5 CEUs. ZERO TO THREE holds authorization as a provider from the International Accreditors for Continuing Education and Training.
Two approvals carry specific numbers. The National Association of Social Workers approves 886838727-8264 for up to 15 continuing education contact hours. The Minnesota Board of Psychology assigns log 202709.068 for up to 15 hours.
New Jersey, New York and West Virginia require individual program or provider applications, and the FAQ names those three states.
A manager checks the licence state first. That check decides whether the credit travels with the certificate.
Ten programmed hours across two days
Wednesday runs 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Thursday runs the same clock. Each day holds five programmed hours: two one-hour plenaries and three one-hour concurrent blocks.
Two core days carry 10 hours. The approval ceiling is 15. The Tuesday pre-conference forum carries 5 contact hours and 0.5 CEUs, which closes the gap.
Two labels on every session
The P-5 Competencies frame all of ZERO TO THREE's professional development, and each LEARN session carries the primary P-5 domain. The eight domains run from Early Childhood Development to Service Planning, Coordination, and Collaboration.
Each session also carries a content level: introductory, intermediate or advanced. A supervisor writes the objective from those two labels.
A lab spends the day's choice
Leadership Labs run in three parts across three concurrent blocks, which is three hours. Issue Intensives run in two parts across two blocks, which is two hours. Lecture sessions, Baby Talks and Synergy Circles hold one block each.
A lab commits all three hours of choice on its day. Two lab days take six of the ten programmed hours.
A seat is taken at the door
The FAQ puts every breakout session on a first-come, first-seated basis. Attendees can build a Personal Agenda in the Whova app, and the FAQ states that an app schedule holds no place in the room.
The keynote fills the final hour
Steve Burns, the Emmy-nominated original host of Blue's Clues, delivers the Thursday keynote at 4 p.m. The session is titled "The Cost of Showing Up Happy" and covers depression, burnout and reconnecting with yourself. The published adjournment follows at 5 p.m.
The release decision and its price
Regular registration costs $550 for members and $650 for non-members through Oct. 26. Onsite registration costs $580 and $680 from Oct. 27. Groups of five or more take $50 off each registration.
Cancellation carries a $75 transaction fee. The organiser stops processing refund requests after Sept. 15, 2026. Today is Oct. 24, thirty-nine days past that date.
A registration transfers to a colleague at any point. For a team holding a seat through a mid-term release, the transfer clause is the lever on that fee.
Three days and two nights
The core days run Wednesday and Thursday, and the forum adds Tuesday. A delegate on the core days sleeps Tuesday and Wednesday nights and leaves Thursday evening. A forum seat adds Monday night.
