One rate, one code, one date
The Oregon Foot & Ankle Conference runs 22 to 24 October 2026 at the Oregon Convention Center. OPMA publishes one hotel block for it: the Hyatt Regency Portland at 375 NE Holladay Street, $139 a night plus tax under group code G-OPMA.
The organiser takes reservations by phone on 971-222-1234 and through its own online booking link. Both close on 30 September 2026. That date lands 22 days before the Thursday open, and a delegate who books after it pays the property’s published rate for the same nights.
The nights a delegate needs
Thursday and Friday run 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday runs 7:00 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. on the programme page and carries the last 6 of the 25 CECH. A delegate attending the full programme books Wednesday, Thursday and Friday nights and checks out on Saturday after the closing session.
The Saturday night carries no scheduled credit. It stays on the booking for a delegate with a Sunday departure.
What the stay adds to the registration
Three room nights bill $417 at $139. City and county transient lodging tax adds 11.5 percent, which is $15.99 a night and $464.96 for the stay. An itemised 3 percent Portland Tourism Assessment lifts the night to $20.16 of tax and the stay to $477.46.
The ladder the delegate compares it against
OPMA publishes six registration tiers. An OPMA member pays nothing to 1 August 2026 and $49 after. An APMA member and an allied health professional pay $499 then $549. A non-APMA physician pays $1,199 then $1,249. APMA resident members and students register free on both dates.
The room runs 89.5 percent of the trip cost for an OPMA member who registered after 1 August, at $466 against a $49 registration. For a non-APMA physician in the late tier the room runs 25.0 percent, at $417 against $1,249. The same three nights move from the dominant line on one invoice to a minor one on another.
Where the block’s exposure sits
The block holds one property, and the organiser publishes no room count, no pickup figure and no release date. A delegate comparing rates has one published benchmark at $139, and after 30 September the property sets the price.
The venue’s October calendar carries four bookings: OPMA 22 to 24, Functional Fabric Fair 27 to 28, ZERO to THREE 28 to 29, and CANVAS 30 October to 4 November. The one date two bookings share is 28 October, which falls after OPMA closes.
What the pages leave unmeasured
No page read publishes a room-night total, a pickup report or a cancellation term for the block. The organiser states only that a block of rooms has been reserved. The delegate carries the 30 September date and the property’s own terms at booking.
