A 500-table show puts a two-night block on one refund date

Vendors arrive Friday from 1 PM and must be on the floor both days. The promoter's 24 October refund line is the cut-off a revenue desk can hold a block to.

The two nights the promoter's terms fix

Florida Gun Shows brings its Miami show to the Miami-Dade Fairgrounds on 7 and 8 November 2026, in Arnold Hall, Reilly Coliseum and the Fair Expo Grille at 10901 SW 24th St. Vendor setup opens Friday 6 November, 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., and again on Saturday 7 November, 7:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. Show hours run Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Sunday 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The exhibitor rules state that vendors are required to be at the show both days. That line sets the block: a Friday arrival, a Saturday night, and a Sunday departure after the 5:00 p.m. close.

Miami carries 500 tables in the promoter's own market list, against 700 at Orlando, 800 at Tampa, 500 at Fort Myers and 400 at Palmetto.

Friday spreads arrivals across six hours

The Friday window runs six hours. A crew that reaches the building at 1:00 p.m. and a crew that reaches it at 6:45 p.m. both hold a Friday night.

The window closes at 7:00 p.m., which is the last moment a vendor reaches a table before the Saturday gate. Twelve hours sit between that close and the Saturday setup open.

A block built on one arrival time misreads the floor. The published spread is the arrival curve the promoter hands over, and it is six hours wide.

Saturday setup closes half an hour before the gate

The Saturday window runs 90 minutes and closes at 8:30 a.m., 30 minutes before the doors. A crew booked into it leaves the property at 7:00 a.m.

That clock is the departure time a shuttle or a staff call is built from. The 9:00 a.m. gate is the latest arrival that still puts a vendor behind a table on time.

The badge rule bounds the headcount

The promoter issues two badges with the first table and one with each additional table. Five hundred single-table vendors yield 1,000 badges. A vendor holding the whole floor yields 501.

At the 1,000-badge ceiling and two nights a head, the weekend carries 2,000 room nights. That is the outside estimate the promoter's own rule allows.

The refund line falls on 24 October

Four steps sit on the exhibitor page. A cancellation received two weeks before the show date carries no fee. A cancellation inside two weeks carries 50 percent of table fees. A cancellation on the Friday or Saturday of the show carries 100 percent. A no-call no-show carries 100 percent and forfeits the rolling deposit on file.

Fourteen days before Saturday 7 November 2026 is Saturday 24 October 2026. Before that date a vendor walks at no cost. After it, half the table fee is committed.

A cut-off set on the vendor's own refund date carries the promoter's terms behind it. A cut-off set later holds rooms against vendors who can already leave for free.

The gate offers no forward curve

Admission is $17.00 and sells at the door only. A ticket covers one day, so two days cost $34.00. Children 12 and under enter free.

The promoter publishes no advance ticket, no pace line and no prior edition's gate. A revenue desk reading demand from the ticket side has one price and no volume.

Four concealed weapons classes run on each day, 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. They hold a visitor inside the building through midday and add no night to a stay.

What the desk holds

Quote Friday 6 November as the arrival night and Saturday 7 November as the compelled night. Release Sunday for every booking outside a teardown crew.

Set the block cut-off on or before 24 October 2026 and publish it. Give the six-hour Friday window as the arrival spread, and the 8:30 a.m. Saturday close as the latest staff call time.
