Online Ticket Sales Stop the Minute the Gate Opens

Ticket sales close at 11 a.m. local on 8 November, the minute the gate opens. Six classes, two sold out eighteen days out, and two refund lines that disagree.

One date, one window

The 13th Annual South Florida Seafood Festival runs Sunday 8 November 2026 at The Wynwood Marketplace, 2250 NW 2nd Avenue, Miami. The gate opens at 11 a.m. and closes at 7 p.m., a span of 480 minutes. The event record carries no second date.

The sale clock and the door clock meet

Ticket sales opened on 10 July 2026 and close on 8 November 2026 at 16:00 UTC. Miami runs on Eastern time in November, so the close falls at 11 a.m. local. The online window measures 121 days and ends on the minute the gate opens.

The terms after the window

The Fine Print sets what happens next. Early bird pricing is available online, prices increase at the door, and entry is not guaranteed. The door price is unpublished on the listing. A buyer at the gate pays more than the published rung and holds no guaranteed place.

Two refund lines on one page

The listing's Refund Policy line allows refunds up to 7 days before the event. The Fine Print states that all sales are final and that no refunds or exchanges are offered. Both statements sit on the listing page a buyer reads before paying. Cancellation terms carry two published readings and no tie-break.

The ladder at the point of sale

Six ticket classes sit on the listing. Two read Sold Out on 21 October 2026: Super Early Bird VIP at $29.00 and Early Bird VIP at $39.00, both open-bar. Four remain. General Admission runs $5.00 at the super early bird rung, $11.00 with one drink and $17.00 at standard, which land at $7.68, $14.30 and $20.91 with fee and tax. The live open-bar rung costs $59.00 and lands at $68.30. The one-drink rung caps at one ticket per order. The other three cap at ten.

No capacity figure to size the night

The event record returns a null capacity and an inventory type of limited. No class carries a sales end date or a remaining count. The organiser record shows 301 listed events, four years hosting and 29,261 attendees across the whole record, with no count for this date. A booking read for 8 November rests on one date, six rungs and two refund lines.

The night the event creates

The gate opens at 11 a.m. on a Sunday and closes at 7 p.m. the same day. A guest who stays for the event alone books a Sunday night and departs on Monday. The listing names no hotel, no room block, no group rate and no shuttle. It carries no attendance forecast, and its two parking fields publish no detail in either.

What the record supports

The sale window, the six rungs, the two closed classes and the two refund lines come off the listing and its API record. The door price and the capacity do not. A booking read for this date carries the published clock and the published terms, and leaves the size of the crowd out.
