The three published clocks
The Allstars Tattoo Convention runs at the Miami Fair Grounds, 10901 SW 24th St, from 13 to 15 November. The organiser's FAQ prints three windows. Friday 13 November runs 12 p.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday 14 November runs 12 p.m. to 12 a.m. Sunday 15 November runs 12 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Friday carries a second published close. The home page day card and the page footer print 12 a.m. for 13 November. Saturday and Sunday agree across every page.
The venue calendar records the tenancy in Arnold Hall for 13 to 15 November 2026.
Thirty-two hours of doors
The three days hold 32 public hours. Saturday holds 12 of them and closes at midnight. A guest who stays to that close leaves the grounds after 12 a.m. and reaches a hotel lobby later still.
The door list and the arrival
Admission runs off a door list. A guest gives a name, an email address, a phone number or an order number and takes a wristband. The FAQ states there is no e-ticket and no QR code.
A property cannot pre-key an arrival from a scan record. The name on the booking, the arrival window and the guest's own confirmation are the records a reservations team holds.
A reservations team can set an arrival flag before the front-desk roster is built. The published clock gives the window, and the window runs past midnight.
The last turn
The midnight close sets a late arrival. The front desk covers that arrival on its night shift, and the hotel carries the cost of the staffed hour.
Price that cover into the Saturday rate or record it as a cost the rate does not recover. A rate that ignores the late turn leaves the shift unpaid.
Saturday's programme sheet ends at 9 p.m. with the Fresh Tattoo contest block, three hours before the published close. The 9 p.m. block carries ten categories, and Black Tape Project appears as a guest.
Two tenancies, one gate
The venue calendar carries a second booking across the same two days. Feria de las Americas - Expo Nica runs 13 to 14 November in the Fuchs Pavilion.
Arnold Hall holds 77,940 square feet and an approximate capacity of 7,460, with an in-house restaurant and dining area. The Fuchs Pavilion holds 49,000 square feet and an approximate capacity of 6,920, with two food service areas and a covered walkway to Arnold Hall.
The two bookings share the roads and the parking across Friday and Saturday. A room forecast built on the tattoo show alone leaves the second tenancy out.
One listed property
Where To Stay lists one address: Best Western Plus Kendall Hotel & Suites, Kendall, Florida. The page prints the property twice with two Book Now links, and it states no rate, no block size, no minimum night and no cut-off date.
The booking page behind those links answers an automated request with HTTP 403, so no rate is quotable from the event's own record.
OpenStreetMap places that property 4.4 miles from the fairgrounds in a straight line and 6 miles by road.
The roster the site does not publish
The Attending Artists page renders a heading and no roster. Its markup holds no artist name. The FAQ states the show will carry artists from around the world and points to that page.
The Vendors page names seven: Dynamic Marketing Pros, Dynamic Color Co., Cheyenne, Ikonik, Cataliotti Law, DGN Tattoo Magazine and Adam Unlimted. Two further cards read Coming Soon.
An artist count, a country list, an attendance figure and a ticket volume appear on no page read for this piece. A room forecast has to come from the property's own booking data, dated to 13 to 15 November.
What the record does not carry
No page read for this piece publishes a room rate, a block size or a cut-off date for either tenancy.
The Saturday sheet's footer prints NOVEMBER 14-16TH 2025 against 13 to 15 November 2026 in the date fields. A roster or a rate sheet built off that sheet should take its dates from the FAQ.
Friday's programme sheet ends at 9 p.m. with the Fresh Tattoo contests. The FAQ closes that day at 10 p.m. and the footer at 12 a.m.
