Six nights, two clocks
The fair runs 1 to 6 December 2026. The first door opens at 11 a.m. on 1 December for the Platinum VIP preview. The last closes at 6 p.m. on 6 December.
A guest who arrives on 1 December and leaves on 7 December books six nights. A guest who arrives for the public door books the same six nights and misses the preview morning.
The four middle dates run 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. CONTEXT runs to 9:30 p.m. on 1 December while Art Miami closes at 8 p.m. The published clock totals 43 hours for Art Miami and 44.5 for CONTEXT.
Four partners, one rate route
The fair lists four official hotel partners. Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay sits 0.18 miles from the pavilions, Yve Hotel Miami 0.85 miles, Hotel Beaux Arts 1.20 miles and JW Marriott Marquis 1.22 miles.
No card publishes a rate, a room block, a minimum stay or a cut-off date. Each card carries a rate check control that routes the guest to a booking page.
The fair publishes no booking code and no housing partner, so a property quotes the run against its own inventory and its own terms.
Tickets sell direct only
Tickets sell online through the fair's own page. The fair states there is no box office onsite.
One public day sells at $71, the multi-day pass at $184 and the VIP pass at $330. Senior, student and group tickets sell at $48. Children 12 and under enter free with a ticketed adult.
The multi-day pass covers one Aqua Art Miami day from 3 to 6 December. The VIP pass covers Aqua from 2 to 6 December.
The arrival date sets the first night
A guest who wants the preview morning checks in on 30 November. A guest who arrives on 1 December after 4 p.m. books the same night and misses both previews.
All four partner hotels sit inside 1.22 miles of the pavilions. The arrival decision turns on rate and terms.
Two rules that shape departure day
Doors close at 6 p.m. on 6 December, one hour earlier than the four dates before it.
Large bags are barred from the fair. The published rule names suitcases, folding bicycles, scooters, laptops and any item bigger than a handbag, and the venue runs a limited bag and stroller check for a fee. Coats and umbrellas check free.
Strollers are barred from Friday to Sunday, which covers 4, 5 and 6 December.
A late checkout and a luggage hold answer that rule. The fair publishes neither, and the partner cards carry no cancellation term.
What the run leaves open
The fair publishes no minimum stay and no room-night total. The partner cards carry no rate and no availability window.
Three clocks frame the booking. The 1 December arrival for the preview, the 11 a.m. first public door, and the 6 p.m. close on 6 December that sets the last night.
