Three Mornings With an Hour Before Them
The Fair runs eight days, Sunday 15 November to Sunday 22 November 2026, at Miami Dade College's Wolfson Campus, 300 NE Second Ave. The ticketed list and the Fair's own pages were read on 21 October 2026.
The organiser publishes a gate clock for the three Street Fair days. Each of those mornings opens the gate at 9 a.m. and starts programming at 10 a.m. Friday 20 November runs to 7 p.m., Saturday 21 November runs to 7 p.m., and Sunday 22 November closes at 6 p.m.
The pre-open hour repeats on all three days. No gate clock appears for 15 to 19 November, so a roster built for those five days works from the session cards.
Twenty-Six Sessions in Three Named Rooms
Every card on the ticketed list prints a building, a floor and a room number. Twenty-six dated sessions carry that detail. Twelve carry a price. Fourteen read Free.
The Chapman Conference Center carries fifteen of the twenty-six. It is Building 3, second floor, Room 3210. The Auditorium is Building 1, second floor, Room 1261, and carries eight. Building 2, first floor, Room 2106 carries three.
Those three rooms hold the whole published ticketed programme. Each card names the building, the floor and the room, so the door and the floor are settled before a shift sheet is drawn.
Building 2 Runs Three Nights at 6:30
Room 2106 opens at 6:30 p.m. on Monday 16, Tuesday 17 and Wednesday 18 November. One room, one clock, three consecutive nights. The 17 November session there sells at 30 dollars. The other two read Free.
The Chapman Grid Sets the Weekend Load
Saturday 21 November puts six sessions into Room 3210. The first starts at 11 a.m. and the last at 5:30 p.m. The gap between the first two is 90 minutes. Every later gap is 75 minutes.
Sunday 22 November puts seven sessions into the same room. They start at 11 a.m., 12:15, 1:30, 2:45, 4, 5:15 and 6:30 p.m. Every gap is 75 minutes. The published grid holds the room from 11 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., 450 minutes.
Sunday's 6:30 p.m. card is the last session of the Fair. It sells at 50 dollars, the highest price on the run.
Sunday's Last Session Starts After the Gate Shuts
The Street Fair closes at 6 p.m. on Sunday. The Chapman room opens its final session 30 minutes later. The building stays live past the gate close, and no page publishes an end time for that session.
Saturday's last session in the same room starts at 5:30 p.m., 90 minutes before the 7 p.m. close. The Auditorium's single Saturday session starts at 2:45 p.m., fifteen minutes before Chapman's 3 p.m. start.
The Auditorium Takes the Evening Tail
Eight sessions run in Room 1261. Five of them start at 6:30 p.m. or later: 17 November at 8, 18 November at 8, 19 November at 6:30 and again at 8, and 20 November at 7.
Thursday 19 November pairs those two starts inside the one room, 90 minutes apart. The room's other three sessions run on 15 November at 3 and 5 p.m. and on 21 November at 2:45 p.m. The 3 p.m. card on 15 November reads Free. The 5 p.m. card sells at 35 dollars.
Twelve Volunteer Areas and No Shift Clock
The Fair publishes one page for its own labour. It names twelve volunteer areas: Autographing, Children's Alley, Corporate Sponsors, Exhibitors and Food Vendors, Friends of the Fair, Hospitality, Information/Survey/Merchandising, Office Support, Sponsor Relations, Street Fair Entertainment Stage, Street Fair Set Up, and Ushering for the English, Spanish and Read Caribbean Author Sessions.
The page carries no shift time, no crew call, no training date and no headcount. A single Register to Volunteer link is the only route onto the roster.
What a Property Can Build From the Published Clock
Three inputs are published: the gate hour, the programme hour and the session start. A staffing plan built on them sets the pre-open hour at 9 a.m. on 20, 21 and 22 November and the room rota against the 75-minute grid in Room 3210.
Four inputs are missing from the ticketed list, the Street Fair page, the FAQ and the overview. No seat count, no room capacity, no attendance figure and no session end time appear, so no published number converts a session into a headcount or an expected return to a property.
The Fair names no hotel partner for the run. A worker roster and a guest roster rest on the public clocks, and the arithmetic stops at the start time.
