Chapitre Six sets 18 December 2026 for Bourbon Hotel

Chapitre Six dated Bourbon Hotel for 18 December 2026. The hotel's own site puts the address at Rue Park City, 73120 Courchevel, in the Triangle d'Or at the center of Courchevel 1850.

The release describes 28 rooms and three suites. The group's site states 31 rooms and suites, which is the same total.

Slope access, a Zanoni restaurant and a contrast-therapy spa

Bourbon Hotel holds ski-in, ski-out access to the slopes of Les Trois Vallées, on the release and on the property site.

Simonetta, the Italian mountain trattoria inside the hotel, is led by chef Simone Zanoni. The release names his kitchen at the Michelin-starred Le George at the George V in Paris.

The release describes a subterranean spa built around contrast therapy, with an indoor pool, a sauna and a hammam, and a cocktail and vinyl bar set around a fireplace.

Interiors come from the Paris studio Henry. Pierre-Alexis Guinet directs the hotel's art.

The collection behind it

Chapitre Six carries nine hotel pages spanning Paris, the Alps, the Côte d'Azur and Barbizon: Hôtel Hana, Hôtel Monsieur George, Bus Palladium, Hôtel Monsieur Aristide, La Folie Barbizon, Hôtel Saint-Georges in Megève, Hôtel La Ponche in Saint-Tropez, Cap d'Antibes Beach Hotel and Bourbon Hotel.

A tenth address, Hôtel Cannes, carries a 2027 opening on the same site.

Goldman Sachs Alternatives holds a minority stake

Goldman Sachs Alternatives announced a minority investment in Chapitre Six on 1 June 2024. The firm's release states that the capital would let the collection acquire hotels of 20 to 70 rooms in prime locations, and records nearly 400 employees across the group.

Richard Spencer, head of real estate in Europe at Goldman Sachs Alternatives, described the deal as a partnership to expand the collection's model in France.

Nicolas Saltiel, chairman and founder, said the group runs two connected businesses: development of hotels in sought-after destinations, and the operation of those hotels.

Bourbon Hotel carries 31 keys, inside the 20-to-70-room range. Chapitre Six was founded in 2016.
