A 9 PM Close and a 10 PM Block: Staffing Four Crusade Nights

The Miami crusade publishes no volunteer clock. The ministry's Albany record shows the form: a 3 PM sign-in, a 6:30 PM service and teardown after the 9 PM close, which sets a late block for the four February nights.

The Living Proof Miami Crusade holds four services on the Miami-Dade County Fairgrounds, Sunday 7 February through Wednesday 10 February 2027. The venue publishes the nightly window as 6:30 PM to 9 PM. The ministry publishes a 5:30 PM door and a 6:30 PM start.

Those clocks set the labour shape for any property holding crusade guests. The guest leaves in the late afternoon and returns after nine.

No Miami volunteer clock

The Miami event page carries no timetable. It lists four nights and a volunteer block that reads "Volunteer sign-ups for this crusade will open soon." The page states that the ministry will train volunteers on site and asks them to arrive on time for their assigned nights.

The ministry's nearest crusade record, the Albany one at the Empire State Plaza, carries a published day. That crusade runs Sunday 29 November to Tuesday 1 December 2026. Saturday 28 November opens with a 9:00 AM set-up. Sunday 29 November runs a 3:00 PM volunteer sign-in, a 4:00 PM volunteer orientation and a 6:30 PM service. Monday 30 November and Tuesday 1 December start at 3:30 PM: volunteers arrive, 4:00 PM prayer, 4:30 PM meeting with the area manager. Tuesday adds a teardown review at the 4:30 PM meeting, with teardown listed as "Following service" behind the 6:30 PM service.

Use the Albany day as the ministry's published form for a crusade volunteer shift. The Miami clock is not posted, so the rota rests on that form and on the venue's 9 PM close.

Six hours on site before any teardown

A 3:00 PM sign-in to a 9:00 PM close is six hours on site with no teardown counted. The 3:30 PM arrival gives five and a half hours. The 4:00 PM prayer call gives five.

The service runs two and a half hours, 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM. The door opens an hour before the start, and the span from door to venue close is three and a half hours.

The empty evening is the work window

A 5:30 PM door puts the party out of the house. A 9:00 PM close brings them back after it. The room stands unoccupied across those hours.

Set the deep clean, the linen pull and the repair round inside that window on the four crusade nights.

The 10 PM to midnight block

Put housekeeping and maintenance on 10 PM to midnight for Sunday 7, Monday 8, Tuesday 9 and Wednesday 10 February. That is two hours, starting an hour after the venue close and after the guest's return.

The block covers three tasks. The corridor reset after a late return. The lift and plant checks that need the corridors clear. The linen pull that lets the morning shift open on a stocked floor.

Teardown sits behind the close on the ministry's published form. A crew striking after 9 PM releases vehicles late. A guest reaching the desk at half past nine needs a key, a working lift and a quiet corridor.

What the ministry does not publish

No headcount, no crew size and no Miami shift length. The crusade page carries no attendance figure and no capacity figure.

No room block, no group rate, no booking code and no cut-off date appear on the ministry domain. A property sets its own terms and its own cut-off.

The venue's own labour note

Fair Expo Center's grounds page reads "We are non-union." The same page gives 22 acres of asphalt, permanent overhead lighting, restrooms and shower facilities, and 400 recreational-vehicle hookups. Its rental facilities page gives the site as 86 acres, where the grounds page gives 80.

Sira Camilo is listed as Director of the Fair Expo Center on the venue's contact page. The venue's published line is (305) 223-7060.

Build the rota from the published clocks

Four nights, Sunday to Wednesday. The first service follows a 3 PM sign-in on the ministry's published volunteer form. The last service closes at 9 PM and teardown runs behind it. A guest who takes all four services checks out on Thursday 11 February, one day before two tournaments open on the same campus.

Cover the 9 PM return, the teardown traffic and the quiet window after it with one late block on each of the four nights. Keep one maintenance call live to midnight.
