Wekfest Miami: two arrival dates, one show day

The organiser sells Sunday 6 December and the venue board lists 5 December. A reservations desk picks a date, prices the checkout and builds its own block.

Two published dates, one show

Wekfest Miami sells a ticket for Sunday 6 December 2026 at the E. Darwin Fuchs Pavilion. The venue's upcoming-events board lists "Wekfest Car Show" on 5 December 2026. The organiser's Miami page, its event information page and its EventCreate checkout all read 6 December.

A guest who plans from the venue board books Friday 4 December and arrives a night early. A guest who plans from the ticket books Saturday 5 December. Both dates reach a reservations desk as demand, and one of them belongs to the property's own inventory.

The nine-hour on-site window

The organiser publishes the day's clocks. The box office opens at 9:00am. Early access entry starts at 10:00am, sold in limited quantities with entry before public hours. General admission entry reads "approximately 12:00pm" in one block and 1:00pm in another. The floor runs 1:00pm to 6:00pm. Nine hours separate the 9:00am box office from the 6:00pm close.

One page adds an hour. The event information page prints "Public Hours 1:00 PM - 7:00 PM". The Miami event page and the checkout both close the floor at 6:00pm. Price the roster on the 6:00pm reading and keep one hour of cover against the 7:00pm line, because a property staffing from the later line carries ten hours.

The checkout hour is the revenue decision

A Sunday ticket puts the arrival night on Saturday 5 December. The floor closes at 6:00pm, so a one-night booking checks out on the morning of the show.

The event guidelines prohibit "Large bags, luggage, and musical instruments" and permit personal backpacks, with every patron subject to search. A guest who checks out before the close cannot carry a case through the door. Bag storage and a late checkout are the two products that keep that guest on the property, and both carry a price.

The guidelines grant in and out privileges, so a guest can leave the hall and return to a room the property still holds.

What the demand rests on

The organiser publishes over 200 exhibitors in four vendor categories: parts manufacturers, detailing brands, apparel labels and creative studios. It publishes no attendance figure and no vehicle count.

General admission sells at $30.00, and the checkout adds a $2.53 fee. A revenue manager pricing this weekend works from an exhibitor count, a five-hour floor and a $32.53 ticket.

No block, no rate, no shuttle

The organiser's navigation carries Home, Schedule, Tickets, Car Registration, Vendor Registration, Media Registration, Guidelines, Contact, About and Store. It carries no lodging page. The pages read publish no hotel, no block, no rate and no shuttle. The Schedule link serves the 2026 tour schedule, six stops with no Miami programme times.

The block for this show is one a property builds, on a published date and a published price.

The building and the drive

The Fuchs Pavilion measures 49,000 square feet with an approximate capacity of 6,920. Ceiling clearance runs 23 to 26 feet. The building is air-conditioned and holds a show and box office, two food service areas, public restrooms, a storage room and a covered walkway to Arnold Hall. The venue lists nearby parking and prints no rate for it.

The grounds sit at 10901 SW 24th St, Miami, FL 33165. A routed drive from that address to Miami International measures 9.3 miles and 21 minutes at free-flow speed, read on OpenStreetMap routing on 19 October 2026.

The Getting Here page directs rideshare pick-up and drop-off to Coral Way and 112th Avenue. The same page states that its vehicle entrances and drop-off points "are only applicable for the annual Youth Fair and may not apply to Fair Expo Center events throughout the year". Carry that caveat to the guest with the address.

The judge panel arrives before the floor does

Every vehicle on the floor passes a screening process, run by a panel of judges with decades of experience in the automotive field. The organiser publishes no screening clock. A property holding rooms for the panel asks for that window at the point of booking.

Ask the guest for the date printed on the ticket, and hold Friday as a sellable night.
