Two Exhibition Days Inside a Three-Day Meeting
The ASCO Genitourinary Cancers Symposium holds its 2027 edition at Moscone West, 800 Howard Street in San Francisco, from Thursday 11 February to Saturday 13 February. The exhibition runs 11 and 12 February.
Exhibitors move in on Wednesday 10 February from noon to 5 p.m. The floor opens at 7:00 a.m. on the Thursday and closes at 6:45 p.m. It opens at 7:00 a.m. on the Friday and closes at 5:45 p.m. Move-out runs from 5:45 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. on the Friday. The page adds that hours remain to be determined and are subject to change.
Five Badges for a Commercial Exhibitor
The allotment is written per unit of floor space. Each exhibit table and meeting room purchased carries a limited number of complimentary, in-allotment registrations. A commercial company receives 5. A nonprofit receives 3.
Badges above the allotment may be purchased during the online registration process. Exhibitors from the 2026 edition number 620, the figure the organiser publishes on its demographics page.
The 9 February Deadline and the $300 Fee
In-allotment registrations must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. Eastern on Tuesday 9 February 2027. That sits two days before the Thursday open. In-allotment registrations arriving after the deadline carry a $300 onsite processing fee.
The Desk Opens in Late November
Exhibitor registration opens in late November, the exhibitor registration page states, and that line carries no year. Confirmed exhibitors receive an email detailing the process. Registration runs through the Exhibitor Resource Center, and the login information goes to the designated contact at each exhibiting organisation.

The Housing Block an Exhibitor Books Into
The housing deadline is the same 16 December 2026 clock at 11:59 p.m. Eastern. Reservations received after that date are processed on a space-available basis and may carry higher rates.
The room rate includes complimentary internet access and fitness centre access. A hotel may charge for more than two occupants in a room, and specific room types are not guaranteed. Taxes and fees are subject to change.
The card given at booking guarantees the reservation. The card presented at check-in pays for it. The page states that a portion of the housing fees may be used by ASCO to defray meeting expenses.
Changes and cancellations run online through Wednesday 27 January 2027. They stop on Thursday 28 January. From Friday 29 January the exhibitor contacts the hotel directly. A cancellation inside 72 hours of the arrival date carries a fee equal to one night's stay.
The Register the Organiser Guards
SPARGO, Inc. is the only official registration and housing provider for ASCO meetings and symposia, per the registration page. The same page warns that companies solicit exhibitors with lists that claim to hold attendee information. ASCO states that it does not sell or transfer attendee information to third parties for commercial purposes, that it works with InFocus for mailing list sales, and that it never sells email addresses.
What Is Not Published
No per-company badge count appears on any organiser page reached. No booth dimensions are published. The exhibition is dated to 11 and 12 February, and no Saturday exhibition hours appear.
