HM Alpha fills the top job at Hilton Scottsdale
HM Alpha Hotels & Resorts appointed Sarah Bohn as general manager of Hilton Scottsdale Resort & Villas. The management company announced the appointment in a release dated 15 October 2026 and datelined Scottsdale, Arizona.
The release carries no effective date, names no predecessor and states no reporting line.
Thirteen roles across six properties
Bohn arrives with more than 15 years of hospitality leadership. The release counts 13 roles across six properties, including task-force assignments and hotel pre-openings.
She spent the past two and a half years as hotel manager at The Westin La Paloma Resort & Spa in Tucson. Her earlier work includes Marriott-managed Ritz-Carlton properties and CIVANA Wellness Resort & Spa.
She lived and worked in Haikou, China, for 18 months. She is from Florida.
The area general manager's statement
Fabrizio Poli, area general manager at The Westin La Paloma Resort & Spa, said the appointment recognizes "an exceptional track record across diverse property portfolios". The release records no remit for Poli at the Scottsdale property.
The property
Hilton Scottsdale Resort & Villas holds 247 guest rooms and suites, 45 of them villas of 1,600 square feet each. Meeting and event space runs past 43,000 square feet indoors and out.
Three restaurants trade on site: BlueFire Grille, Fleming's Prime Steakhouse and Salt & Sol. A heated outdoor pool and a fitness center complete the list.
The property sits on Scottsdale's resort corridor, two miles from Old Town Scottsdale, with Camelback Mountain in view. Golf courses, galleries, dining and nightlife sit within a 10-minute drive.
The villas carry daily continental breakfast, fully equipped kitchens, a private terrace and access to a villas pool.

HM Alpha Hotels & Resorts operates branded luxury and upscale hotels in Houston, Indianapolis, Los Angeles, Nashville, New Orleans, San Diego, Scottsdale and Tucson. It holds approved-operator status with Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt and IHG.
The company also runs restaurants and bars, with services covering concept design, menu development and operations.
