The booking calendar carries four dates
The CNO Financial Indianapolis Monumental Marathon runs on Saturday, November 7, 2026. General registration for all in-person distances is sold out, with limited charity entries remaining. Beyond Monumental books the room block through a 2026 hotel block website with "Attendee" selected in a dropdown and no access code.
Guest occupant names are due September 29. Cancellation without penalty closes October 8, and a $25 fee applies per reservation cancelled after that date. New reservations and added nights run October 5 to October 16, with the date varying by hotel. Changes to existing reservations go through the Visit Indy Housing Bureau until October 22. After October 22 the guest deals with the hotel directly, and reservations cancelled or marked no-show after that date are charged by the hotel.
The Housing Bureau answers at housing@visitindy.com and 317-262-8191, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET. The organiser warns that an unavailable result can mean only single or non-sequential nights remain. The block's booking website opens on an attendee-type dropdown and an access-code field, and its landing page carries no property list and no nightly rate.
Two pickup windows set the arrival night
Packet pickup and the Monumental Health and Fitness Expo run at the Indiana Convention Center on Thursday, November 5, from 4 to 7 p.m., and on Friday, November 6, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Those windows run three hours and nine hours.
The venue's event calendar carries the expo in Exhibit Hall A-B with a forecast attendance of 20,000 for the Friday. Race day clears early. Gear check opens at 6:30 a.m. at Washington Street and West Street, the half marathon and the marathon start at 8 a.m., the 5K starts at 8:40 a.m., and the course closes at 3:30 p.m.
A Thursday arrival serves a three-hour pickup window. A Friday arrival serves a nine-hour window and the Friday night. Saturday carries no race function after the 3:30 p.m. course close.

The convention center's November calendar carries the National Science Teaching Assn Fall Convention from November 4 to 7 at a forecast 4,000, the expo at 20,000 on November 6, the Midwest Healthcare Engineering Conference and Trade Show from November 8 to 10 at 600, the IU Health Leadership Development Institute on November 10 at 2,200, the Percussive Arts Society International Convention from November 11 to 14 at 5,200, and the ASHA Annual Convention from November 19 to 21 at 13,500.
Downtown Indianapolis carries 7,100 hotel rooms, 4,700 of them connected to the Indiana Convention Center by skywalk, per the venue's site-wide footer.
