NADA Miami's 34 Public Hours Set a Front Desk Shift

Five show days at Ice Palace Studios split into an early preview block and a late public block. The published clocks a temporary desk shift works from.

Two doors on 1 December

NADA Miami runs its 24th edition from 1 to 5 December 2026 at Ice Palace Studios, 1400 North Miami Avenue. The invitation preview opens at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, 1 December and runs to 4 p.m.

The public gate opens at 4 p.m. that afternoon and closes at 7 p.m. Six hours separate the two windows on one date. A morning shift meets preview guests with a credential appointment. An afternoon shift meets the public buyer and covers the 7 p.m. close.

The midweek window and the Saturday close

Wednesday 2 to Friday 4 December run 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday 5 December runs 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. The fair stops new arrivals 15 minutes before closing, which puts the last midweek entry at 6:45 p.m. and the last Saturday entry at 5:45 p.m.

The five public windows add to 34 hours: three at eight hours, the Tuesday window at three, and the Saturday at seven.

The roster behind the traffic

The introduction counts over 130 participating galleries and art spaces from 63 cities and 27 countries. It names 45 first-time exhibitors and 66 NADA Gallery Members. Participants enter through a competitive application and peer review.

No page publishes a staff count per gallery and no page publishes an attendance forecast. A property builds its desk roster from the exhibitor count and from its own booking pickup.

What a temporary hire answers on day one

Every guest holds a QR code. The FAQ states that the code is scanned on arrival and again at each entry, so a guest who leaves the floor presents the same code on return.

A guest without the confirmation email goes to the check-in staff at the fair entrance.

A VIP pass sits in the NADA VIP Account Dashboard. Every guest must book an entry before a QR code is issued, so a VIP without a booking holds no code at the door.

The terms a desk repeats

Children 12 and under enter free. A senior 65 and over or student pass sells onsite only at $35, with proof of ID.

Bag check sits at the information desk inside the venue. Space is limited and offered first come, first served.

Pets are refused, with service animals excepted. The fair states full accessibility for visitors with reduced mobility. Attendance carries consent to being photographed and filmed for promotional use.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. A single-day buyer can change the entry day up to the opening, subject to availability, through the confirmation email.

A complimentary shuttle runs to and from the Miami Beach Water Taxi at the Venetian Marina. The FAQ publishes no departure time.

What the shift plan holds

A roster built on the doors covers the week. An early block on 1 December takes the 10 a.m. preview. A late block takes the 4 p.m. gate to the 7 p.m. close. Midweek days need eight hours from 11 a.m., and the Saturday ends at 6 p.m.

Two numbers stay unpublished: the traffic the fair expects and the staff each gallery brings.
