ORA Hospitality Launches a Brand With No Name
ORA Hospitality has announced the launch of an ultra-luxury hospitality and lifestyle brand. The brand carries no name yet, and its first resort is scheduled to open on Mykonos in May 2027. Reservations open in January 2027.
The announcement is datelined London, October 2026, and carries no day. Hotel Online published it under a 7 October 2026 stamp, and La Revue des Hôtels published its own read of it on 9 October 2026 beside ORA Developers' project sheet for the site.
The Position the Brand Claims
ORA Hospitality is the design-driven hospitality arm of ORA Developers, a global real estate developer. The company describes an experience-led position.
Each property will carry art, architecture, music, wellness and local gastronomy. The brand states it will partner with global names across wellness, dining and lifestyle. No partner is named.
Ninety-Three Keys Above Kalo Livadi Bay
The debut resort sits on an elevated hillside above Kalo Livadi Bay, on a stretch of Mykonos coastline the announcement calls largely undeveloped.
It will hold 93 keys: 60 rooms, 28 suites and five villas. The layout is village-style, with sea views and private outdoor space at each key. The project sheet puts the plot at 42,000 square metres and lists six pools, as La Revue des Hôtels records it.
Rockwell Group, Four Venues and a 900 Square Metre Spa
Rockwell Group designs the resort. The announcement states the design joins contemporary luxury to the landscape through indoor and outdoor spaces that run together.
The programme lists four restaurants and bars, event space for 200 guests, and a 900-square-metre wellness centre focused on skincare, recovery, movement and wellbeing.
Part of that file sits outside the announcement. La Revue des Hôtels reports that the project sheet calls the wellness centre the Oasis spa and mentions a Floating Rock Bar. The four venues carry no names and no chefs so far.
The key count adds up as printed: 60 rooms plus 28 suites plus five villas gives 93 keys.
Sawiris Keeps the Brand In House
Naguib Sawiris, founder of ORA Developers, is guiding the design and concept of the resort. The announcement records him curating custom playlists and sourcing artwork from local artists.
“My connection to Mykonos is personal, rooted in decades of special memories, and I wanted to create a resort that leaves a positive mark on the island,” Sawiris said in the announcement.
ORA Hospitality states the brand sits inside his own company, and the founder's statement records his decision to bring his own vision of hospitality to life.
The company's chief executive is Vincenzo Falcone, appointed in April 2026. He ran the Bvlgari Hotel Milano and then the Bvlgari Hotel Roma across seven years with that brand, after roles at Starwood and St. Regis.
Silversands and the Caribbean Record
ORA Hospitality's own about page states the collection includes Silversands Grenada and Silversands Beach House. The announcement describes ORA Hospitality as the team behind Silversands, the beachfront development in the Caribbean.
La Revue des Hôtels records a 100-metre infinity pool at Silversands Grenada, a spa with four treatment rooms and a hydro suite, villas of two to four bedrooms, and four restaurants trading as Asiatique, Grenadian Grill, Beach Lounge and Puro.
The about page states upcoming openings in Mykonos and additional projects in the pipeline across the globe. No other destination is named.
The same page carries two founding dates for the group. One block reads 2016, attributed to Naguib Sawiris. The second reads 2017. Neither is reconciled there.
A Second Resort Operating in the Same Bay
Four Seasons Hotel Mykonos opened in summer 2026 in the same bay at Kalo Livadi, with 94 keys, designed by the architect Nicos Valsamakis and developed by AGC Equity Partners, as La Revue des Hôtels reports.
That report also notes that Rockwell Group designed the Four Seasons restaurants. The two resorts run as separate projects under separate owners.
The Booking Window
Reservations open in January 2027, ahead of the May 2027 opening. The investment in the resort is 100 million euros, stated in the announcement and carried by La Revue des Hôtels.
No rate is published. La Revue des Hôtels records that it found no published rate and no booking channel at its 9 October 2026 check, with the resort under construction.
The Names the Announcement Withholds
The brand name is unannounced, and so are the four venue names, their chefs, the wellness and dining partners, the villa sizes, the construction start, the contractor, the development team beyond Rockwell Group and the day of the opening month.
The announcement publishes no room rate, no booking channel and no management arrangement for the resort.
