The fair publishes its own window ladder
Spectrum Miami and Red Dot Miami share Mana Wynwood Convention Center from December 2 to 6, 2026, and they share one set of hours. The Wednesday opens with a VIP and press preview from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m., then a public opening night block from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday, Friday and Saturday run noon to 8 p.m. Sunday runs noon to 6 p.m.
That is 34 floor hours across five days. Four of the five days end at 6 p.m. or later, and the late blocks are the ones a guest books a bed for.
The advance rate ends on opening day
Five products sit on the ticket page. The all-access pass runs 73.73 dollars in advance, being 70 dollars plus a 3.73 dollar fee, and it covers the opening night preview and all four show days. The one-day general admission runs 32.33 dollars, being 30 dollars plus a 2.33 dollar fee, and it covers one of December 3 to 6. The concession day ticket runs 14.22 dollars, being 12.50 dollars plus a 1.72 dollar fee. A two-for-one general admission sells at 37.51 dollars, and a two-for-one concession at 16.81 dollars.
Every product carries the same sentence: at the door, prices increase on Dec. 2, 2026. The door rates are 95 dollars all access, 50 dollars general admission and 30 dollars concession, each plus processing fees. December 2 is the only date on the ticketing, and it is opening day. A guest who decides late pays the door rate.
The ticket page states that children 15 and under enter free and must be accompanied by an adult. The FAQ states that children under 16 must be accompanied and that strollers are not permitted.
The pass is the fair's multi-night product
The all-access pass admits the opening night block on Wednesday December 2 and every show day through Sunday, which maps onto the nights of December 2, 3, 4 and 5. Sunday closes at 6 p.m. A property reading the ticket page sees the fair selling a four-night shape before it sells any hotel room.
The organiser holds no housing inventory
The accommodations block sends guests to consumer booking sites and states that Redwood Art Group is not affiliated with any booking site and cannot act as an intermediary. The visitor page and the FAQ page carry no room block, no negotiated rate and no cut-off date.
One instrument carries the fair's date window. A Stay22 map widget pins 2026-12-02 through 2026-12-06 and opens a search on the venue. A property that lists there enters a booking flow the organiser does not manage, and no block code exists for a front desk to match against a confirmation.
The trade route is registration, not referral
Art industry professionals, gallery personnel, designers, consultants, art dealers, frame shops and retailers register on the fair's own page. Credentials are required at check in, and the same line grants admission on all fair days and all fair hours. Press requests route to Elliott Stares in advance, under the same check-in rule.
The organiser therefore holds one attendee list, and it is the registration list. A property that wants trade traffic works from the published hours, because one credential covers every day of the run.
Release times set the lobby clock
The floor releases at 9 p.m. on Wednesday, 8 p.m. Thursday to Saturday, and 6 p.m. on Sunday. Those are the minutes the lobby fills.
Parking runs 33 dollars plus tax at entry for 12 hours, with no overnight privilege and no in and out privilege, and 10 stalls are ADA compliant. A guest who drives in at noon holds the space until midnight, so a late checkout request and a parking expiry fall on the same evening.
What the front desk can confirm
A guest arriving for the fair holds a confirmation issued by the property. The desk can confirm the release time, the parking term and the 21-and-over rule on the Wednesday opening block. The desk cannot quote a fair rate or match a block code, because the organiser publishes neither.
The venue's own scale
Mana Wynwood describes 100,000 square feet of air-conditioned space split into two rooms. The Event Hall holds 45,000 square feet with approximately 5,000 standing, and the Sound Stadium holds 35,000 square feet with approximately 4,000 standing.
Neither fair page publishes attendance or an exhibitor count for the 2026 edition. The organiser's footer gives company scale across all its fairs: more than 40 fairs, more than 11 years and nearly 100,000 attendees annually. A portfolio figure sizes the company, so a property sets its December rate on the published clock and on its own booking pace.
